 Just taking this thread to the top - I am afraid the amount of gibberish spouted by some may end up being going out.
No teams announced as yet.
SA teams are routinely announced by Wednesday with the exception of the Sharks who announces on Thursday.  The rest I hope will be announced over the next two days.

Glad you are following the Stormers so keenly rooitwit.Very light pack. Stoermw need to play attacking rugby as they will not outmuscle the Reds with that pack.

I looked at that team and shivers if I think what the Reds backline is going to do with them.  The weak link in the tackling area is De Jongh - they will just run over him like they routinely did last year.   The problem is that an attacking game will also be out - since De Jongh does not know how to pass balls in games - so attacks will die with him.
Unfortunately my money is on the Reds in this case.

Slightly badly put by me - other players routinely ran over De Jongh last year = his defense was putrid - despite Mozart's spirited defense of him last year.

 Teams not yet announced are -
*  Chiefs
*  Sharks
New Zealand =  1 teamSA              =  1 team
The Sharks is likely to announce the team today and so is the Chiefs .   White is apparently sticking to the principle to announce the team as late as possible.

Sharks:

15. Lwazi Mvovo, 14. Odwa Ndungane, 13. S’bura Sithole, 12. Frans Steyn

11. JP Pietersen, 10. Fred Zeilinga, 9. Charl McLeod, 8. Ryan Kankowski, 7. Jean Deysel, 6. Marcell Coetzee, 5. Stephan Lewies, 4. Willem Alberts, 3. Jannie du Plessis, 2. Bismarck du Plessis (captain), 1. Tendai Mtawarira

Substitutes: 16. Kyle Cooper, 17. Dale Chadwick, 18. Lourens Adriaanse, 19. Etienne Oosthuizen, 20. Keegan Daniel, 21. Stefan Ungerer, 22. Heimar Williams, 23. SP Marais

Looks like Joke White has lost the plot. Lwazi Mvovo at fullback when SP Marais is available? Zeilinga the serial kicker at flyhalf?

I'm not very confident . . . but go Sharks!

I do not have too much trust in that team.  Putting SP Marais on the bench and playing Zeilinga - who had some questionable games on CC level - does not convince me that things will go right.
With all due respect Francois Steybn has been very questionable in aspects of the game other than goal kicking.   I do not like the way players run around him and also his tackling and especially the missed tackles. his high number of ball handovers and penalties (18 in 5 games) and his lack of penetration when he carried balls.   That makes me believe that there is a serious backline problem and it reduce the potency of the team as a whole.
I only give the Sharks a 50-50 chance on Saturday - sad to say.
In the longer term I think White is not sure about whom of Zeilinga or Swiel to use at flyhalf.  Swiel had virtually a full game and did not really shine - but did his job well enough.   I tink he will give Zeiling a chanc eto see what he can produce and then make up his mind afterwards.   Personally i think Swiel will ultimately be the solution - he has more ball sense than Zeilinga.

update

sharks have been updated, cheers rooy, :o)

yeah pretty poor selection with the sharks, but joke white has always been a man who had faith in his entire squad and not just individual players, with daniels being the exception to that rule, lolz.

sp amrais on the bench??? thats a real bold move, even against a tahs side missing folau. ive got marias earmarked as a potential Bok in the future, i love his composure and all round game.

timo sweil wasnt his super eciting self, after all joke white is the coach and he dosent favour players with a flamboyance flavour to their attack.
but timo IMO was still very very solid in his debut, nothing special, but wery dependable and thats a great foundation for what is a promising career

@lucky luke,
jaws is an old school james bond villain,,,

 Zeilinga deserves a shot and is talented. Timo is ver ygreen and must not be rushed.
Mvovo at fullback. Well I cant see it. His defence is poor and is his boot good enough. Will he take the high ball? We shall see.

have made my foxsport transfers, but i wont rest easy until i can see the chiefs starting XV.

rennie and smith are putting the screws to the players after a useless performance against the force and rightly so.

im guessing that retallick is the one guaranteed starter, he was the only chief who could hold his head up high.

 Damn i did it again, i had to start marias as i only hv four transfers, and was bringing in other players. Just realized marias is starting off the bench haha, ah well at least hes playing. Oh and now i notice wheeler is starting off the bench, why do these coaches keep changing their starting line ups, its confusing as to who is playing every week, or this chop and changing, ah well at least hes even playing.

Luke, I did see the starting line-ups and I benched Joe Wheeler in time but I'm still very surprised Jamie Joseph has dropped him. He looks one of the finds of the season so far.
