 Moz, Hougard was man of the match! Granted, he made some mistakes, but his overall impact was obvious enough for the accolade. Personally I would have given it to Vermeulen, or arguably one or two others, but seriously, if Hougard was as bad as you make out, surely he could not have been considered for the MOM? Excuse me Bloo but where did I say he was bad? He played a more physical game which suited him, even though he is still pretty robotic. He looked more like he does on the wing, which is good. Schalk, Vermeulen and Matfield were our best. jannie actually made some monster tackles.
Among the backs Lambie left 7 points out there, but scored a good try. Reinach was fast. Steppie did a nice job making his first break of the RC, even if he was marked by a lock....and overmatched against Kuridrani.

 Marcel was a massive trier,but handily outplayed on the deck by Hooper et al. Beast was quiet. Etzebeth is still below his best...Mohoje did a few good things, but in truth it was a bit like playing with 14.5 players.
