Welcome back Ag Pleez and hope you and the family are coming through this very trying time.
I summary the kbbs (Kiwi bird brains) think they will win the Super 15 and the RC. They believe they are unbeatable and other sides playing them are wasting their time. They are of course in for a big surprise. The astute have noted the improvemnet in OZ.
We dont yet know where Meyer is leaning so cant really assess as yet how B oks will go.
Some oaks are having a go at Jake but fail to understand context.
You will have to wade through some lamentable but amusing posts!

AgPleezDeddy; welcome back. Sorry to hear about your dad passing. Hopefully the crazy antics & occasional wisdom and insight on this site continue to distract you.
Crusaders have a good chance of winning the s15 but the tahs are good & playing at home. I am backing the Crusaders to win. At minimum I hope we get to see a good game.
I am picking the All Blacks to win the RC but it won't be easy.
Beeno is right about one thing (thank goodness ) there are a lot of questions on how the Boks will perform. I think they will do just fine. Oz are looking confident so we are in for some good games in the RC and of course there is England for our (AB) EOYT & that should be a cracker after such a long test season.
Plenty to be excited about for all of us and plenty to banter about too, lol

Jw it should be a good RC. Wonder if the Argies will improve. Will they win a home game. They are getting problematic at home. If they get a decent pack of forwards the abs could struggle.

Beeno: the Argies did ok in a couple of games last year. I like to see the crowd go crazy when the scrum demolishes the opposition. Of course I don't remember this happening against the All Blacks.
I am really looking forward to the test season. ABs will get off to a slow start probably so we have to watch out for Oz.
If by ill fortune the ABs drop a game we will all enjoy the Bok fans going crazy & once again confident &crowing of world domination.

Sorry to hear about your father.
Marcel Coetzee has improved tremendously this season and I'll the he'll be the Bok 6 after the RWC, ditto Thomas Du Toit.
I'm really hoping for a Crusaders win, can't stand the overrated Waraturds and Michael Cheika, he's a complete tool.

SARugby Admin (multi name of ED, lol):
The JW Mole Detection Company is on your trail
Our under-cover man at work
Well, our under cover man had not found evidence he has discovered a truism: don't mess with the administrator.
Can't we let him off the hook mumbled the fair-minded kiwi,he is such a decent bloke & that detective is a bit of a nutter
I hope you are now convinced...
Yours in....
I'll let you complete the sentence.
Ed, thanks for bumping me up to 10,000 posts but the commemorative plaque is strangely disturbing. I was thinking more of an All Black photo of say Barrett scoring the try will Morne & others left in his wake.Your mate Just_win

Lol Ed, a "closet bok fan", well that's a new one on me.
While you are at it how about changing my number of posts to 10,000 and giving me a commemorative award I believe Noddy is taken already.

ED: I like the Hall of Fame ranking. Some would say kiwis are easily bought off, I could not possibly comment on that of course, lol
Change the avitar to an All Black & we have a deal.

Sorry to hear about your dad passing away - My thoughts is with you and yuour gamily and hope that you will get consolation from Above.
Then as to th rugby issue. The Super 15 was really the worst we have had for years and the signs for the RC is not all that good. It will largely depend on the side that meyer comes up with - but the signs are not positive - he is harking back to the past - and the fact is the players he is punting was int h unsuccessful 2010 and 2011 campaign.
I think Meyer still prefer to select players he is familiar with - rather than to consider performances and physical abilities of players. That could indeed be problematic. There are players who have staked serious claims in the Super 15 series and the Jine tests - but may not make the squad - while players who have failed to make the grade may be in the squad.
Selection will be the key as to performances in the RC. If Meyer is too conservative - chances are that we may tender for the wooden spoon in this competition. Nobody would like to see that happen. I think that the initial squad may be changed during the course of the Super 15 - depending on player performances.
However, it is not known what squad will be announced and the fun is to suggest squads to be selected. I do not suppose therewill be much changed in the original squad for the June tests - but am pretty sure that at least two players will be included - namely De Allende and De Jager - while a number of injured players will be back. The latter includes Etzebeth, Malherbe and De Villiers.
Who would you like to see being in the squad?
