yesterday afternoon was really pleasant and enjoyable,.... first the Scottish win over the poms and then the saders inaugural win with Bonus point (here the NZ games are at 7.30 h. in the morning, no way watching it live)

really enjoyed the deserved Scottish win,.... and it should have Eddie Jones with his big mouth shut for some days,.... and have the English team down the pedestal the English media had lift it claiming they were the best team in the world,.... for now they are 3rd after the AB and Ireland,... and unless they beat the Irish, they will remain there,... which is very probably to happen

after many games play ing crap, the poms were deservedly put in their place

Great fun that one.

The Scots will probably be happy as well.   It reminds me of a real incident.   During the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to SA I 1947 a local lady said to the Queen that the South Africans would never forgive the English for what they have done in the Anglo-Boer War.

Her response was - "You are not alone - I am Scottish and share your feelings on that issue.   The English did the same and even worse to the Scots".

Queen Elizabeth was the daughter of the Duke of Fife - a Scottish nobleman I believe.

Agree Eddie was very sporting...England will still be one to beat come WC.

I was over the moon too with Scotland getting the Calcutta cup.

One wonders though where rugby goes after a great coach goes though?

Watch Georgia versus Wales come WC...if ever there is a possible upset...here is one.

The last match they played Georgia came within a whisker of a win...there was a near thing...a ref debacle at the end saved Wales...

Rooiaas must have shat himself...lol.

credit wh ere its due,.... that's right,... he was very correct

unlike his pre-game talkings and mindgames,... some of them quite dirty,.. like criticizing some concrete players (Patchell and Russell) to put pressure on them,.... sometimes works, Patchell's case, but some others it explodes in his face, Russell's case,.... anyway, soccer tricks

The Kbbs fear Eddie Jones as they know England have the beating of them if they click on the day.

Its the smell of fear in the air oaks.

Everyone can be beaten on the day Beeno. I know you think we are invincible and by far the best rugby team in the world but yes if we have a really bad day and the other team plays far beyond their capabilities then yes the AB's could lose.

There is no fear, its sport and everybody loses sometimes even the greatest sports team in the world cant go unbeaten forever.

Ireland are a bigger threat than the Poms and we dont fear them either

yeah, Ireland is a far bigger threat IMO,.... let see what happens in 2 weeks time at Twickenham,... but I see the Irish as clear favs

and, anyway, this November will be very interesting with both:

- 10 Nov. England v All Blacks

- 17 Nov. Ireland v All Blacks
