I'm sick to death of these games being wrecked by bent reffing. but hey aussies will be proud they dont care dont have integrity. they played kak and the ref kept them in the game with series of shocking penalties that totallt changed the momentum of the game. i say fk these douchbags and lets go north. we dont need this kak anymore. take argentina with us and let these douchfags rot on the arze end of planet earth. every year something goes on the same stupid bent reffing.

Ahh grow up and suck it up , everyone has crap decisions against them its the nature of the most complex team game ever devised .All the ref whiners never ever see decisions that go their way ,and rather than accept the simple truth that the ref is human and your team wasnt good enough on the day its on with the shiny crinkly hats .Conspiracies are a panacea for failure nothing more.

not deserved. not even 1% deserved. did they want it more when we had them on the ropes? nope. then the whistle dictated the game and swung momentum right around with biased decisions. what about the tackle on jean? yeah nothing. he had a mission and earned his money from whoever really controls these games.

moolooman its the stupid half baked word control we have here at the moment.
We had Bobby Skinstad, Naas Botha, Nick Mallet and Ashwin Willemse all saying how shocking the ref was. However to say only Oz get the ref RAWs is nonsense. The biggest beneficiaries are the wee abs. Some errors defy belief.
Gonz ou just watch what happens next week when we play the wee abs. The chances of us getting a fair deal are remote as always.

Stragely enough i can empathise with you gonzo - i know the pain it brings when your team is robbed by incompetent and or bent refs.
I was at a fund raiser the other day with greg chappel talking about match fixing in indian circket... lets just say it only comes down to the integrity of one player /, or ref... and for a bit of extra cash Im sure more than a few refs are on the take...
Seriously wayne barnes is about the only one who is fair - anyway unfortuanately need to move on with the hope that next week the saffas beat the kiwis which is possible - there were aspects of the saffas game tonight that will worry the ABs

Yes, all us AB fans ask for is a fair game also
Ironic even when the ABs are not involved in a game the resident "it's the refs fault" crowd somehow bring us into it.

Strange that isnt it JW ? But like all conspiracy theorists its easier for them to make up this garbage than to face the actual truth .If you lose your not good enough ,thats all there is to it .All the ABS require to win is a fair deal , why would they need assistance ? Stupid rednek even said so himself in answering his own moronic post " Why do the ABS need to cheat against the Argies ?" well they dont do they ? And the ref making a mistake is the ABS fault how ? Every fecking game this garbage goes on ,EVERY TIME ! moaning about refs .And somehow the ABS are at fault for SA losing to the wobs ? If SA had won no doubt thats the ABS fault too ! Moronic thats what ref whining is .

Yeah...you can take that poor excuse...the yellow card on Habana was questionable but all those that play at this high level must become greater than poor decisions...it's always going to be part of the game and Boks folly to give ball to a very capable and dangerous backline is suicide especially at the eleventh hour and we thoroughly deserved to lose it.

Hopefully we can learn from this and I've mixed feelings...augurs well for future titantic clashes...AB's however stand out and they are the ones to beat, come Championships and indeed the WC.

Learn Bokke, learn and stop blaming the ref (which I'm sure they don't only the common herd fans do)...the WC will have many contraversal decisions...champions must overcome this.

I think George Clancey got the Habana yellow card wrong and I was particularly annoyed because he got a chance to review it, but the Habana yellow card is not what cost the Springboks the game. We lost because Morne Steyn was an idiot and tried for too much distance on the penalty clearance when he should have made sure of touch and got Habana back onto the field for a Springbok throw in. A disastrous blunder f rom someone with his experience. Stop bleating about the ref and recognise whose stuff up cost us a game we should have won.

rooitwit you halfwit doesn't logic play any role in your comments.
So if a ref stuffs up and fails to award 100 penalties in front of the posts and ones side makes one mistake costing 5 points and lose by 1 point the team is to blame. bwahahahahahhahahahaha hatters of the world unite. What makes anybody think that OZ would have scored that last try if we had 15 men on the field? What about that penatly re the Vermuelen tackle?
No if the correct decisions had been made we would have won regardless of Morne not finding touch. Now that is perfectly logical. If yoy think not apply some logic in disproving it.
By blaming the Boks you are shifting the focus away from Clancy's bad decisions. The coach and players bear the brunt of an injustice and the culprit Clancy walks free with the coach and players being blamed. Man what bulldust is this? The correct view of things is that the Boks under a decent ref would have won. That said there are shortcomings in their game. Not that oaks is fair comment. Not the rooitwit rubbish.

It's also true that Clancy had a shocker.
He' s really poor. IMO the worst international ref and not up to test level.
He's always calling penalties and stopping the game. how many penalties did he call today? how many cielings?
He doesn't know what "let the game flow" means.
And makes some really big mistakes. I cannot understand how he sinbinned Habana after having watched the rep, when there was so little time remaining and the match was so close

But when a team is not able to get over a bad call, they lose. In every match there are bad calls but a team must be able to get over it.
In the first match Crockett was incorrectly sinbinned (and this was a lot more clear mistake than the yellow to Habana) but the AB didn't lose control and didn't lose the match .

There is a difference between "bent" & incompetent. The usual suspects want jump to say the ref was bent when as far as I can see they make occasional bad call & some could be judged as incompetent. Clancy was very average & he made some bad calls.

Where is the difference between bent and incompetent...have you ever reffed a game...it's a thankless job...most of us struggle to give an objective review let alone a split decision.

Guys, get real and take it on the chin, that's manliness not petty thought of manipulation and thuggery.

When we get to a stage when we blame every loss on a technicality then we shouldn't watch sport at all...it always amazes me the criticisms that the public make on a job...including cricket umpires...a huge skill...I used to say to Dave Orchard, an old man umpiring,  how do you do it??? Difficult he said but you develope a skill over years and I've played the game and it comes second nature...never blame the adjudicator unless your're perfect...none of us are. There is even less evidence in conspiracy...it may seem at times because your hope and desire over rides the competitors, but as you get older you realise that this deludes.

Forget about the refs - think about the sh!t performances of our own dear Morne, the phyasical deficient Matfield and the Doctor who must open his surgery asap.   The result was a forgone conclusion - sad to say.
You cannot select a team on the basis that Meyer selected the team for today and hope for anything positive to be the outcome.   That is the long and the short of the matter.

Dear Cloudy you might be right on various occassions but unless there is respect for the adjudicators of sport it is a never ending saga of focus on the wrong source.

As I said no one can achieve perfection in any endeavour, least of all the politicians and leaders of the world...it's a case of make do with what's on hand...if you get the emphasis right on the players then ultimately the best side normally wins, with exception the Les Bleus in 2011 and the Boks the same competition and Wales the same as well. But this obviously does not happen...so we accept it. It will never change because refs are human, the next thing computers will ref games, how absolutely ghastly...
