Hell the minnow minniows of world rugby are casing a few shockers this week:
Kazakhstan (Ranked 36th) beat Japan (Ranked 16th)
After the Madagascar Namibia shock this comes as another surprise.
Would this be pointing to development proving effective? Or would we write this off as a once in a lifetime luck ?

it shows rugby is growing and it shows the good work that is being done from IRB and the other nations trying to expand the game
I just thought of this putting it in perspective, now i know in reality it never really works that way but Kazakhstan beating Japan is about the same as:
Namibia beating South Africa, or Spain beating New Zealand
Madagascar beating Namibia is exactly the same.
Wow this puts it in real perspective.
