While things are improving like Pollard ahead of useless Morne, there are still far too many passengers in the side, no more so than Jean and Matfield.

Matfield other than the odd line out ball adds absolutely no value at all and in fact is a complete liability with the number of tackles he misses and penalties conceded.

On the field he looks all of 37.

As for Jean all he does is attack contact and he too can't seem to tackle.

On the positive side Pollard and Jan were good as was the front row in the scrums. Etzebeth was big physically and vermeulen was huge.

How good was Marcel v/d Merwe in the scrums. ...so much for the crap that he can't scrum.

Well that's two losses with two to follow at home unless clueless Meyer wakes up to the fact that you won't win matches with geriatrics

We may of lost, but that's not to say we didn't look like winning it.
Marcel Van Der Merwe was a huge improvement over Jannie Du Plessis.

I have no issue with hougaard at all but he does need to be given the freedom to play his own game and not kick, as far as his kicks went they were fine if kicking is what you want.
I would not want him to kick. He made one wrong decision today kicking when he should have passed other than that give me him over pienaar anyday

So much for the bullshit that marcel v/d Merwe can't scrum....blew that out the water today, not that it should ever have been under question.

Is Hougaard kicking the ball away what we want Dave!?!?Have you learnt nothing from how the All-Blacks play.Yhey smother possession that way the opposition can not attack let alone score points. Is that really your solution to let him play his game...That is what exactly.Throughout the SR comp we read article upon arrival about how bad his tactical kicking game is.Fcuk me Dikkes take a page from Hansen's book and learn something.DO NOT KICK POSSESSION AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Tell that to your Coach, FA !!!

Do you not think that tactics dictate the style of play somewhat ? So the chat on the field and the constant messages being relayed in the guise of water carriers, Physios and tee carriers are all telling the players what the Coach wants or discussing set plays.
The amount of ball kicked away might indicate it was planned not reactionary. So you can't blame the players for following orders necessarily, now can you ?

What is biased?   Jannoie did well enough in the firast three scrums and then went into reverse gea r.   He is NOT up to standard anymore - and fact is that thee were two scrums in those thre eminutes where the AllBlacks were totally outscrmmed - so what is the bias - you old fool?

Dawie, you should be apologising to our esteemed coach after all the bollocks you've said about him.

An extract from Gregor Paul in the NZ Herald :

No wonder everyone loves a game against the Springboks - they are what test football is all about.

The All Blacks were taken deeper into themselves than they have been at any other time this year to find the victory they desperately wanted.

The ending was World Cup tight. The All Blacks will know they were hanging on and maybe lucky to get home in the end.

But got home they did and for that they should be hugely proud. It was brutal, fast, no-mercy rugby from both teams and, while the Boks may have been poor in Australia last week, they showed they are a rising force.

There was balance and mix in their game and they were one play away from winning.

Man up & admit that you made a fool of yourself & your bullsheeit selections remain a load of codswallop .

Strange that when Morne was aimlessly kicking away possession it was all about how shite HIS decision making was. Roll on Hogat playing probably more poorly and it is now the fault of the coach? Get a grip, the only way you can have it both ways is if you are truly bias.

No idiot we always knew useless Morne would kick all day the real issue with him is that he added ZERO with ball in hand and his defence is a disgrace - you get it.
Hougaa rd was kicking under instruction but at least we know he can play the game

Blob I am not some pathetic loser like yourself I don't take comfort in losses we lost you moron just as I predicted and we lost because our idiot of a coach does not know how to select a side or play winning rugby.
That Bok side came close being under strength and playing an out of touch style of play....Imagine what a correct bok side would do playing a correct style....therein lies my point.
