Is there any indication when the squad is to be announced and from when they will be required to leave their CC teams. I thought they will not be playing CC before the RC commences because of potential injuries. Is there any announcements made yet - as the CC is starting on Saturday and that would determine how the different Provinces would perform during matches -especially those losing key players to be available for the Springbok team. Has anybody got any info on this one?

I'm backing Jannie De Bruin to get allocated the waterboy duties, and if they pick Selwyn, that bladie grade 6 kid again, I will be furious, in fact, I will not buy any beer for the entire game.

Never ever, dismiss the other individuals that are vital to the overall effectiveness of our teams, that assist with keeping the cog turning in a fluid motion, just like Jannie, our waterboy.

By the way Saf, nice side, just not sure of Mvovo

Don't get too excited CC, it took me a full 30 minutes to think that through and mention Mvovo

Just bringing some humour to an otherwise tight fisted, tense and sometimes arrogant environment here.

Chill bro, it was done with the best interests of everyone on here, including you, "Insert massive smiley face here"

"Just bringing some humour to an otherwise tight fisted, tense and sometimes arrogant environment here."

Ummmm . . . no, "arrogant" would be the newbie attention-seeker (who clearly has an agenda and who has already alienated nearly every other poster on here) thinking that he's bringing some much-needed humour into our lives.

"Delusion" would be the same loser thinking that his presence is serving everyone's best interests.

Saffex Why not Pieter-Steph du Toit and Frans Malherbe - they should be back sooner rather than later?

You have deeply hurt me Rooinek

I deliberately did everything I did to get and stay in your good books.

This post of yours cuts me deep, really deep.  I never expected this from you who I considered a friend in battle.

I will somehow get over it, it may take a while, but I will hopefully find some other friend out there in that vast nothingness of the web

Till we converse again, my good friend, "well my used to be good friend"

Mike, the Currie Cup starts next weekend and the RC the week after so no Boks will play for their provincial teams.

Saffex, Steph Du Toit should be ready in three weeks.

Saffex I phoned my friend - Frans Malherbe's father and asked him about Frans. He gave me the total breakdown on how he is doing and said he was told originally he would be out for five months - but the operation was not as serious as originally thought and he has continued throughout with gym work. His father told me that the work was aimed at strengthening his upper body - but he could start with leg training this coming week and it is likely that he would be back playing by 1 September. I did post the info on the site - but you apparently missed it. I think that it is unlikely that Du Toit and Malherbe will be available for the first two tests - but they will clearly be back for the third test onwards.

That is good news re Steph du Toit and Malherbe, both would walk my squad if fit. Steph du Toit would be my starting lock with Eben.

I see Marcel v/d Merwe is fit again and should turn out for the Bulls in the CC. I rate this guy, looks a great prospect at 3........is a real square of a man

"Why, do we know one another?"

Needless to say, I am just as stunned as Mozart is, with this mediocre and somewhat childlike response from Jal......err.... Rooinek.

However, I have to confess, as I prefer to be up front with you, the moment my brandy and coke came back up my throat, was when I read this.

"(who clearly has an agenda and who has already alienated nearly every other poster on here)"

To give an example of how to alienate posters, there was a classic example here the other day, a poster here made a rugby post and had more than 40 views and no responses, the originator of that thread......*Insert drum roll here please * ..............Rooinek.

Needless to say, there have been many other examples from him.

Kudu's to you Rooinek, the only guy I know who has alienated all the posters across 3........ yes......... 3 forums.

The only other person as consistent as that over the past few years has been Morne Steyn with the boot.

You need to man up and give us your ss board name.

I am as chilled as ever and always willing to be friends with whomsoever and banter away with whomsoever etc.  I do not however accept lies so bear that in mind.

Beeno

Don't take everything so seriously my good buddy, life is just too short to stress about the small things.

If you have to stress. then rather stress about the big things

For instance, I still cannot understand why most pubs, during summer, fail to have ice cold beers on hand.

They fail to keep closing their fridges after serving clients, and this ultimately leads to the patrons like me having to drink warm beers.

That's sacrilege I tell you, it just aint a fair world we live in

Devils Advocate , I shall tell you whats sacrilege , Its the fact that you are in a pub on a summers day, indoors ??? disgraceful.  You should be on a beach or with good friends around a Braai , with a bucket full of ice and super cold beers. Roll on Summer i say.

Hey Buzz, thanks for posting

Yep, in normal circumstances I would heartily agree with you, however, I never said I was indoors, but indoors is where the fridges are.

I conur with your assesment regarding outdoors, the braai etc etc, you are a good man Buzz, and I second your motion, Roll on Summer !!

French players already have a super long season. Plus 6 NATS is big money and that will factor into it. Sounds like a non-starter to me.

SmallCock  made an ass of himself and then didn't have the balls to accept an invite from down under to meet eye to eye.

He too was fixated with Rooineks threads ... spoke about views without responses continuously.

Guess he felt like a right twat, ashamed of his apparent cowardice & racist remarks and decided to change his alias.

I wonder how long it'll take him to come clean?

Drivelling Avocado, not sure why you would find my rather simple question "stunning" but, whether the question is childlike or not, it does remain unanswered.

Look, you don't have to tell me who you are or who you were on any other board, I'm just asking if we have met one another before or not - something you'd know given that I'm using a name that I  used on other boards and you're clearly not - but it's a simple yes or no question. Now, either answer the question or else shut your cowardly little trap and yap at someone else.

Clear enough for you?

Rooinek

You are far from stunning, don't get ahead of yourself here. I did not find your comment stunning, I was stunned by your stupidity in asking it.

In a fair and just world, most of us are entiltled to be stupid every now and again, but you keep abusing this privilege.

It's ironic that you ask me to yap at someone else, yet you, and only you, decided to come onto this thread and start attacking me first.  It's like you hating me because I am beautiful, when in fact you should be hating me because your woman thinks I am beautiful, you see the difference?.

You should know the answer to your own question already, but obviously it was not clear enough for you.

Have a great Thursday everyone, the sun is up, the air is clear, and it's one more day till the weekend.
