Not sure why the  posters on this site would rather continue the debate on old issues than watch this game - it is a good one.

Well, as i am doing my own cooking for the time being I cook to mean boils & live of them until the weekend. They get better through the ageing process - at least that's what I tell myself.

 The only reason Wales were even in the game was because of Hart ley's ill discipline and a couple of other really dumb Penalty's.
Wales should be pleased we had our first choice Prop's injured, shouldn't they ?

And as for England having to eat humble pie ? Really ? Has it been us who have done nothing but slag off the opposition for the past year, brag about how " they " won the Lions Tour single-handedly and also how they were going to win a Grand Slam/Championship simply by turning up this year ? Nope, don't think so.
So, if you wish to support some of the most ignorant players and fans around at this moment in time, then be my guest.
But they have made themselves look mighty stupid this year, particularly with their unpleasant and unnecessary talk this past week. And I think their Coach really has made a total ass of himself this time and he knows it.

Rugby is a game, plain and simple. And one thing it supposedly teaches us all is to respect our opposition and their fans and to win/lose with grace.


Wayne Shelford told me that he had never encountered such unpleasantness as when he Toured Wales. He was even spat at...and that was by the women. He was shocked and disgusted. I told him he should try being English some time.

 Awful display from Wales, congratulations to England well deserved winners. Gatlan's game plan (if there was one) again did not work and left it too late to bring on the subs this should have taken place at half time. Apart from the fact many of the players did not look fit and did not produce the goods on the day. Well by all accounts Wales are stuck with him as coach until 2019!!

 I have said it time and again, Wales are a myth, always were and always will be!

 I don't live in a city.....I live in a village in the shires, so I am not sure to what you refer. 
I met Zinzan Brooke once and he lived and played here for many a year. The language used in towns and cities on a night out is that disgusting the world over, sadly.I know my friend had quite an unpleasant time of it in various parts of New Zealand on her travels there a few years ago. 
At a match between Northampton and Llanelli, I was met with the calls of being an ENGLISH c---/T.../bitch/slapper etc as I crossed the car park to enter the ground.....and that was just from the lovely women present. I do not engage with anyone talking to me in that way, nor do I use that type of language. And that is the worst time I have ever faced with opposing fans in all those years that I have watched the game. My Aunt used to go to the Arms Park regularly as her then boyfriend attended matches when his brother was in the England Squad. She has never had such a horrible time at a match and they remain her least liked opponents. The things she used to be called do not bear repeating and she still has no idea why so many of the men could not use the toilets provided; they simply urinated on the floor.My friend also had his England career ended by Welsh foul play in an International. They broke his leg so badly he had to retire. But people got away with things in those days and he was only English, so it didn't count.
As for allegations of calling people vile things, a player from New Zealand almost got Northampton chucked out of the Premiership a few years ago. Racial abuse was the allegation. Members of the crowd reported what they heard him say to a British black player from the opposition. I was in that area of the ground and heard the conversation. There was no altercation, not even a prior flashpoint and we all heard the alleged remarks. Inexplicably, the whole matter was dropped.
So no, I don't think there is any kettles of any kind to be thrown, do you ? 
And my best friend is Welsh, by the way. 

Cloudy, if you got cursed by somebody in London, it probably wasn't an Englishman....they are pretty much extinct i n the West End, except in those cute shops on Jermyn street. And even there, one's barber is likely to come from Sienna. 

 Racists are a breed of being all of their own. Notice how they talk and act alike irrespective of origin or 'culture'. Of those racisists that do not belong to the same in-group? It must be the saddest tragedy ever, two kindred spirits with only each other in common yet divided by idiocy. Don't pin the mindless dribble of the sub-human on the majority. The sub-human is lurking in every country.

I personally don't regard major cities as anything special. London is an over-priced dump as far as I'm concerned and my London friends agree. Whether it be Tokyo, Moscow, New York, Cape Town or the like, there are better places to go in each country to get a better access to the better parts of the culture. But that's just my opinion
