We're just seen too many cards in the 6N that effected results.

Now:

Brumbies/Reds

Yellow card: Rob Valetini (Brumbies, 61 – high tackle); Darcy Swain (Brumbies, 78 – cynical play); Luke Reimer (Brumbies, 81 – repeated infringements)

Saders/Chiefs (but they still won)

Yellow card: Codie Taylor (Crusaders, 54 – tackling a player in the air); Sevu Reece (Crusaders, 58 – high tackle)

Yellows are ok but not too many but reds as in 6N kill the game.

I'm not sure (maybe some here know) if the laws have changed or will change for the Br/Ire Lions games ...I hope so...there are just too many.

Another card in the Sharks/Lion match as well. Cards are spoiling the contests...rugby should find a way to curb foul play without ruining the match with cards.

Black cards like Gaelic football are the answer. That and ejections like the NFL.
