The ref said that shoulder hit, while nobody had the ball, is only a penalty "because for me there was a wrap". The only wrap was that the momentum from the shoulde hit brought the arm around. There was ZERO wrap there. This is a professional referee!!!???
First he tries to brush it off by saying "we didn't see what started but we saw what ended it"...trying to penalise Argentina without even trying to figure out what happened and what caused the handbags.
Then he tells the assistant refs "So we thinking to reverse the penalty advantage Argentina were on...so we agree?"
There are about 4 different instances in incompetence in within about 30 seconds.
Good luck trying to win this one Argentina.
