South Africa beat New Zealand 24-10 inthe Tokyo 7's and they wo the Cup in that compeition.

The SA Team was 12-0 behind at half time and managed to score 24 unanswered points in the second half - New Zealand only scoring their third try in the last seconds of the game.

SA is the only team that won more than one title on the circuit this year.

@mikey,

congrats to the blitzboks, for a wel desrved win, always look on the brighter side, :o)

not true about SA being the only team to win 2 tournaments though, fiji has also won 2, they won the gold coast  & the hihgly acclaimed creme de la creme the hong kong 7s.

very stoked with NZ coming 2nd, we now only need to come 5th in the next tournament to lock up our 12th title from 15 7s world series, :o)

That young wing Senatla looks a class act, man he has pace to burn. Would like to see him in the 15 man game. He is a Cheetah.

Speak of the devil, I see this kid is in the Baby Bok squad that is about to tour Argentina - good to see......he and Sergel Petersen will make a hell of a set of wings for the Baby Boks

Saffex

Who is in that Under 20 toruring side - please provide th names of the squad.

I wonder at the Cheetahs sometimes - they seem to come up with exceptional Black wings like Rhule and and now this kid.  Maybe they identify them because of their comprehensive backline performance programme.
