Poor Rennie
The poor bugger has a hopeless chance of success in Australia - he has to try and coach a team split into two factions with the Org in charge of the administration egging on the rivals in the split.
This set-up needs proper housecleaning stating with the Org at the top being the first person to be fired, Until that happens Rennie will have a hopeless task ahead of him.
