Aussies the team with the most upside

Fact is the Aussie team is even in a worse predicament than the Springboks.   Their centers must be the slowest center combination in world rugby and although strong ball carriers they are - as proved today - easily outwitted by opponents,

They have one wing who cannot think and one who is a better player.   Their Tight 5 is just about pathetic.

They have good loosies and three top class backline players - for the rest Zip

They have some top class backs. But Scotland really exposed OZ in the set pieces, breakdown e.t.c. Their Tight Five is a big issue for them moving forward. Too much light weight their. NZ has probably the best tight five in the world atm. Even when they have no possesion. Their dominant tackles. And Structures. Allow them to counter attack so well. I guess this Scotland big win. Puts the All Blacks win againgst Scotland last WE, into perspective.

Five of the 8 trles scored by the Scots were by backline players and they totally outplayed the Aussie backline,    Granted they got good ball because of the red-carding of Kepu - weakening the Aussie forwards - the poor defense die to speed deficiency of the Aussie centers played a major role in the ultimate score,

Both centers - Kerevi and Kuridrani - are in fact too slow to contribute to a really effective backline.   Against weak defense they can break the line, but that happens rarely.   More or less on par with Kriel and very much on par with Frans Steyn.   Fact is that both will beat the poor defense of the two SA players mentioned.        

Accidents happen - and the AB's did not really do as well in the NH as expected.
