What happened to Pat Howard - is he injured?

The team looks OK - but it has three very weak links playing.   They are Leyds, Mbovani and Booysen.  Hope they shape up and we can get a good win.

Saffex

I read afterwards that Howard injured himself in training - and that he would not be available for the remainder of the Junior WC.   They called up a youngster by the name of Van Wyk to replace him.   Do you know anything about him?  He apparently played against the Argentinins before the WC and was quite outstanding - but was not included in the squad because of the Super 15 players coming back into the squad.   Any views on that one?

Yes they should have put v/Wyk straight into the starting side, he and Howard were invited by Meyer to the Bok training camp. v/Wyk is a centre who was injured at the time the Baby Bok squad was selected. Big strong runner
