Guy Kebble mus be a proud man, his boy in the squad, next WP young prop, can play both sides and a Giant of a Boy.

Looks to be a very strong squad and by the looks of it with Goosen there it seems that he won't play against England for the boks as he is in the baby bok squad for the JWC.

Glaring ommissions are locks Jaques du Plessis and Etienne Oosthuizen - bloody hell Osthuizen has played for the Lions this S15, how can he not make the Bok U20 side? Typical Theron......here we have a lad at 1.98m and 122kg who also plays flank

Young Kebble has come out of nowhere, have not seen him in any of the training squads. Big like his dad at 128kg

didn't realise that Goosen is under 20years of age and that Tony Jantjies is Elton's younger brother!

Johannes Ledewikus Goosen turns 20 on 27 July.

Saffex as far as I understand even John Mithcell picks Willemse above Oosthuizen at this stage. so i don't know where your typical Theron Argument comes from.

Um Ek, come now man......the fact that Oosthuizen has been selected to play S15 rugby this season tells me that he is a better player in the mind of Mitchell and co than players like Ruan Botha who is a Lion and Orie who has only played the odd Vodacom Cup for the Bulls. The Bulls hardly have depth at lock when you consider Willhelm Steenkamp is their bench S15 lock.

So one has to conclude that if a player is good enough to make a S15 squad surely he must be good enough to make a Bok U20 squad of 28 - Theron has no idea

Well It's debatable on weither that was just Theron's call or not. As Rassie now also has a role to play. Why they wern't picked is open for speculation though. They weren't picked though, you go straight to Theron instead of seeing the other role players. Heynecke has obviously also akayed Goosen and Kitshoff so they might also have an input here. Just saying not necceserely only Theron's call here.

Theron is the head coach, he should have final say on squad and he was piss poor last year

As head coach he has to take the responsibility ultimately. So if he cocks it up or people around him do, then its his fault - sign of a poor manager if he does not get the players he wants.

The bloke does not inspire me, but we can judge him post the competition
