Afte being allowed back to rugby last Saturday and scoring a great try - Beale celebrated and -

*   got drunk again;

*   did not attend an important team meeting; and

*   missed a counselling session.

So he is suspended again - is there anything new in rugby news?   Nothing much it seems.

Sad. Poor guy. He needs to forget about rugby and get his life straight before there is a serious tragedy.

Unfortuantely sounds farily typical of talented young indigineous athletes in this country. I'd say obviously not happy with current team environment turns to the drink to escape it and basically doesnt care anymore. Wouldnt be surprised if current coach / team management isnt managing him that well either. Having a number of Indig friedns and knwoing their personality types their thinking is not always the same as white europeans and basically when pressure gets too much they prefer to just 'get out of there' ... Unfortunately due to his numerous obligations and pressurs of being a wallaby superstar... this is impossible... Feel for the young guy - hope he can get the balance right.

Redsman I hear the indigenous folk when they feel pressure or whatever like to go on what they call a walk about - disappear into the bush and commune with nature etc. Maybe beale should try that?

But lets front up here. Beale has no more pressure on him than many other young athletes. He needs to knuckle down and not blow his big chance in life.

Mooooo  la could you chance that waaaaa bit to baaaaaa baaaaa . Seems more appropriate!

i reckon enoughs enough, let him go, but the rebels wont do that as he is an elite level player, had it been anyone else in the team like inman, english, wayward etc, they would have been fired after he punched gareth delve in the face.

i havent heard anything about beale missing a team meeting, but drinking alcohol when he had sigend a rehabilitation contract saying he wouldnt and then missing out on that meeting with the shrink, u got to ask does he even want help??? even the worst bad boy in sport dosent get into trouble that quickly after his last very public misdemeanour.

IMO he shouldnt be selected for the walabies lion series, and i dont think deano will select him, cos like all of us he dsoent suffer fools, thats also why redsneck dosent have any friends.
