365 Rugby predicted England by 18 points.
As the game is at Twickers and France has never won there for a long time, England will probably have the edge.
But other factors might well come into play, history does get broken eventually, Christophe Dominici' s remembrance might inspire them and yes France now have a very good side as do England but the gap is not decisive.
I'm going with France by 5-7 points.

France are effectively sending over a youth team to play England not the one that's played in the Autumn Nations Cup so far. The clubs in France won't release their test players for more than 3 international matches hence France can't field there strongest team.

England will be strong favorites for this.

Your're right in that case you are right, did not check the side :

France: 15 Brice Dulin; 14 Alivereti Raka, 13 Yoram Moefana, 12 Jonathan Danty, 11 Gabin Villiere; 10 Matthieu Jalibert, 9 Baptiste Couilloud; 1 Hassan Kolingar, 2 Pierre Bourgarit, 3 Dorian Aldegheri, 4 Kilian Geraci, 5 Baptiste Pesenti, 6 Cameron Woki, 7 Anthony Jelonch, 8 Selevasio Tolofua.

Replacements: 16 Peato Mauvaka, 17 Rodrigue Neti, 18 Uini Atonio, 19 Guillaume Ducat, 20 Sekou Macalou, 21 Sebastien Bezy, 22 Louis Carbonel, 23 Pierre-Louis Barassi.

Too many unblooded players...it's a bit of a farce.

They’re a third choice squad, Seb.

We should win, if we don’t, there will be questions to answer !

I’m still not impressed by England at the moment. Too many issues needing to be rectified.

Cerainly Becs...I see that Mako Vunipola is out.

To send third choice to Twickers is a farce then or so it appears unless there is something brewing in France that we don't know of

Anyway the Eng/France games always takes my interest.

The French Clubs wouldn’t release the players, Seb. So they were without about 25 players from the off.

This is a scratch side so no-one is expecting much from them.

Hopefully England will actually play a bit this week because the last match was dire quite honestly.

Not at all convincing by a long shot...England manage just one penalty in extra time...in mho France deserved it...amazing ability by Les Bleus 3rd team.

There will be a lot of questions asked of England.

France must have incredible depth.

Such a victory for England is bitter/sweet.

We had two penalties in ET...Farrell missed the first one but nailed the second, thank goodness.

I told you I’m unimpressed by England at the moment !

No I know that Becs, what I meant was the difference was only 1 penalty in extra time.

France should have continued to play their game and not drawn in with rucking of which the English overwhelmed them...the kicking game as well...

If indeed this is a third choice side, playing at Twickers then it certainly augurs well for the Les Blues first choice players in the near future leading up to the next RWC, which I believe is in France.

(Maybe France might well win their first WWE cup at last, after missing in NZ by a whisker and they could have come 2nd in 1995 if that wet try was allowed by ref, in the semi finals in drenched Durban. It looked that good but was disallowed. Hence SA got into the finals, and I don't think they could have beaten the Fitzpatrick's side...SA won by the tight game and tactics from Christies clever coaching strategy and Stransky's brave drop goal).

We got very, very lucky and, unsurprisingly, a lot of fans seem to be fed up with Jones and want him gone.

Vunipola admitted he knocked the ball on before Cowan-Dickie’s try. The French can feel very aggrieved by the result.

Clear knock-on by England, ref gifts England the try with the title which was clearly France's.

Here's the twitter gif...absolutely unacceptable.
