This pack is a wee abs cruncher!
Kitshoff/Beast
Marx
Sadie
Eben and Snyman
Van Staden, PSDT. Vermuelen
The loose trio is a little slow. So we could afford a Kwagga at 6? Or how about Coetzee at number eight?
Doubtless we can pick a great pack.

I also rate van Staden highly.
Not bad, BeanDip.
All you need to do is replace the elderly Vermeulen with van Staden and bring Jaco Kriel in at 6.
CleanCut helping BeanDip grasp the concept of a good solid backrow.
Cc I was talking about a power pack oak!
Van Staden is not an 8.
Van Staden back in business after everyone forgot about him when he disappeared against Australia last year? Let's hope his second coming has more to offer if he gets another chance at test level. That said, I'd have him over K olisi easily.
BeanDip ... he is actually a better 8 than a 6.
CleanCut showing immense patience with the struggling BeanDip.
CC even a casual glance at Van Staden will confirm he is a 6 and not an 8.
Beeno setting CC right once again!
Cloudy the Swedish women's rugby team is doubtless made up of transgender males but nevertheless would be crushed and forced to retire withing minutes.
Watching the poor wee Chiefs getting crunched by the Lions scrum make me concerned about the wee abs safety.
Beenz, I like Sadie, but he is under cooked. Malles and Wilco will do for now. Sadie should be starting from the bench at times. No rush.
Draad, Wilco is useless outside the scums. Should Sadie continue to pr ove himself at scrum time Wilco is out.
Beenzzz, wake up. Wilco is a tight head. His job is inside the scrum...and he is exceptionally good at it. Everything he does outside the scrum is a bonus. He can bash it up in tighter loose play and he can carry well. This notion that a prop must play like a loosie or something is pure fantasy. The tightheid is the pillar of the team...Sadie will get his day.
Draad helping the struggling BeanDip out, while CleanCut watches from afar nodding in agreement.
Draad and CC you oaks are not off first base on this matter.
Top test props must be able to scrum and make contributions outside the scrum.
Wilco is a lump of lard, a plodder of note and in any case not a great scrum ager.
Beeno busy educating CC and Draad on the very basic requirements of a top level prop. It's all so very elementary oaks!!
Beenz, note how reluctant the Brumbies are to pitch up for a scrum.
You are of course joking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No Beenz, I'm not. We were clearly better in the scrums and it tapped their energy. That's why Kitsie went for scrumming instead of taking the points on offer. He overdid it a bit, but the idea was right ...to soften their pack up. There is nothing that taps energy more than having to stand your ground against a stronger pack...was an interesting contest to watch though.
Some of your fittest sportsmen are tug-of-war teams....totally drains your energy just pulling...closest thing to scrumming I've encountered in sport.
PS, Wilco almost had 2 tries...not bad for someone doing nothing outside scrums???
Beenz, your Idea of running tight-heads is a pipe dream. You'll have much better luck hunting unicorns
Dr Moz well spotted. Lardy Wilco was owned in a number of scrum.
It appears from his silence Wee cc has possibly seen how pap Lardy Wilco is.
Draadie still needs more schooling - HAHAHAHA!
Beenz, I've yet to see him fall flat on his face. He is still very young for a prop, so he will improve much....at this stage in his career Malherbe spent more time with his face in the dirt than he did standing. and look how he improved. Wilco has been more than just solid for the Boks and it seems that you want to drop him on a whim. In my book he and Malherbe should be the TH props for the Boks in tight matches.
Are you saying the Stormers did not clearly have the upper hand in the scrums on Saturday? Or does the one penalty he conceded bother you?
