Steph is stuck between positions. Too cumbersome to be a flank, too pap to be a lock. RG makes Steph look unfit for the game. RG would also easily upgrade Steph at 7. But then, we have many options who would.

The trend in rugby at the moment is to have a large blindside flank, a mobile former lock seems to fit the bill extremely well, Steph is a flanker now.
