Traditionalist registered in September 2015 so he doesn't qualify as a new poster.
The only new registration I can think of is Dim-Sum aka Augenoffner but as most people know, this latest incarnation is about his 10th attempt to find happiness and friendship on this board so I don't think he qualifies either.
