Well those arrogant kiwis got taught a valuable lesson at the hands of the humble Aussie skipper jimmy spit hill.....hahhahahahahhaha hahahaahahah just too hilarious kiwi wives take cover !!!!!!

You might find that the real turnaround came when the got in Ben Aislie when they were 4-1 down and in fact on -1 due to them docking 2 points even before the start.

This from Stuff.nz

Ainslie lauded by Oracle on bad day for Kiwis

Sir Ben Ainslie has brought his golden touch to the Oracle comeback and the defenders were trumpeting the strength of their afterguard after dealing a double blow to Team New Zealand yesterday.

Briton Ainslie, the Olympics' most decorated sailor, and Australian Tom Slingsby, the current Olympic Laser champion, form a powerful triumvirate alongside aggressive skipper Jimmy Spithill at the back of their boat.

In contrast, Team New Zealand operate a different system, based largely around tactician Ray Davies and skipper Dean Barker, with some other collective input.

But yesterday the Oracle heavyweights won the tactical battle as their growing chemistry coincides with the defender's comeback.

Since Oracle dumped local hero John Kostecki for Ainslie they have won six of eight races, including the last four while repelling match points.

Ainslie reckons an extra pair of eyes has proven crucial.

You might find that the man who played probably the biggest role in the turnaround was Ben Ainslie. This form Stuff.NZ
