Blitzbokke mess up

Am I the only one that was astounded to not hear Kyle Brown nor Neil Powell mention Madiba when they were interviewed after the final?

Im sure it was a slip up, but hell it was embarrassing for them.
Not even a "thank you madiba" or a "this one's for you"... nothing.

Dunno, just thought their PR manager would have brought it up at some stage.

 probably the reason why the local ABs fans were spewing. Strange that Madiba would be a hero in the 1995 RWC and now sidelined at his death.

could be an honest mistake, but that is an odd one,

 Brown in his remarks referred to it being an emotional weekend for all people in South Africa and to my mind it was clear that he was referring to the death of Madiba.

 Seems some folk want to find any excuse to grouse away like warped dud. Ou maaaikie you are of course totally correct.
