Bloody Bulls

They did so well to come from behind and dominate the game, only to let the foot off the pedal at the end. The Bulls showed that the only way to challenge the Chiefs is to dominate them up front and play it close.......they did that for 85% of the game.......the start and end of the game was the Bulls downfall.

Hougaard continues to grow at 9 which is great to see. Stegman had a great game. The Bulls need to get their impressive centres into the game more.......playing for territory and keeping it tight is working, but it would be good to see them mix it up more.

Good to see the Sharks back on track, despite some suspect selections by Jake. Deysel had a great game, Coetzee continues to shine and Lewies looks a great prospect at 5.

We need to see more with ball in hand from Frans and JP

How Coetzee ever thought he was going to win a game playing a lightweight at lock is beyond me and speaks volumes for the man as a coach. v/Vuuren was sorely exposed........instead of playing the physical Fuzani, he played this lightweight - it was a joke. Grant had an awful game and did Jean play. de Jongh was good in space but exposed in contact. Taute had a poor game at the back, he is very rusty and will improve with game time.

Great to see Coetzee being given the boot - he is useless. Is Smal the right man, cant say I am convinced he is

JJ did not miss a tackle, the guy was on his knees......stop making it up, its embarrassing.

Go check de Jongh in contact, gets thrown around like a ragdoll......FACT   

Serfontein was in the game 6 times and did nothing. JJ and Serfontein have done nothing for 6 weeks. And when I say nothing that's being generous.

Serfontein has been better than Jean and Frans for most of the S15......JJ has been as good as the ball he has received and no better or worse than any of the other SA 13.

As I keep sayings until our others centres start showing the way then I'm more than happy to conceded that these two class acts are falling short.

Difference is, I know that centres have little opportunity to shine, they get little ball and much of it in traffic   

So Dave JJ is useless because centres get little chance to shine? Pity nobody told that to his opposite number. Horrell made 2 clean breaks, beat 2 defenders, offloaded 4 times and got credited with 2 try assists. But then again, his marker JJ was mostly hiding on the blindside.

Um Moz, the Chiefs play running rugby......the Bulls play it tight......huge difference
