On this board we have - among others - supporters from the Hapless Stompies, the Sharks, the Kings, the Reds and the Hurricanes. Now, all of those sides lost this weekend (or in the Reds case, drew a game they were expected to win) but of all the losing supporters, it's only the supporters of the Hapless Stompies - aka the Blowhards - who are squealing and bitching about refereeing decisions, stamping their little feet and demanding that everyone recognize that their overrated bunch of mincing paffs were in fact the better team even though they lost.
The other thing that seems to be fairly unique to the Blowhards is all the bragging, boasting and chest-beating we see week in and week out. I haven't seen any boasting or any blubbering excuses from any other teams' supporters and it's becoming an all-too familiar pattern from the Blowhards. Apart from the rare occasions when their crap team win (when they all go into a hysterical circle-jerk) they're the only supporters who are always bleating, always whining about the ref and always making pathetic excuses.
The Sharks were pretty ordinary this weekend and I don't see a single other Sharks fan making any excuses for their dismal performance. The same can be said of the Hurricanes, Kings or Reds supporters. The only supporters acting like a bunch of pathetic crybabies - as they do pretty much every weekend - are the Blowhards . . . surely the worst supporters in all sport.
It's no wonder that the Hapless Stompies are represented on this board by idiots, liars and crybabies.
Well done to all the winning teams this weekend. Israel Folau is the star of the weekend so far, closely followed by Hugh Pyle and Gareth Anscombe. For the sake of my Fantasy team, I hope Stephen Moore joins the weekend stars but even that won't be enough to save my Foxsport Cup aspirations.
