I think the hunt is on for replacement of players over 30  and Mozart's hero Mostert will soon be in that category - he will be 30 this year,  

I think the drive is on to find replacements and there are many younger players who will be considered to replace the over 30's.

Kriel was a mistake. Kriel cannot read play, cannot link, cannot defend reliably and cannot pass. Another of these outside backs selected for their running. Am is vastly superior to Kriel, he always was. It's not even close. Am is a real centre, that's the bottom line. Next in line is Mapoe. Both vastly more skilled and read play much better - Mapoe is the best defender at 13 we have, his understanding of space and positioning is exceptional. Kriel tries hard, I believe he has heart, but he isn't good enough. 

Shall we compare stats? Mapoe was the best defensive 13 in 2018 under Rassie. One of the best backs of the SA Super rugby teams. You might understand centre better if you played the position. I suppose that makes the difference. Your calls at centre are easily your worst and that's saying something!

Jesse Kriel is a full back. He should have been left there.

He has no clue how to play at 13.

Kriel was our best outside center until injury. He was the man in position. He could well come back and regain his spot but selection based on race could stop this.

Kriel and Allende were our best center combo. How absurd to say Kriel should play 15!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to have and educated boot to play 15 and Kriel doesn't have that.
