Coetzee Rhule Kriel Stepfontein Skosan Jantjies Cronje. ... How many of these guys will be in place when we finish the year against Wales in early December? Almost certainly not Rhule and Kriel.....but none of these players is clearly better than the next best option. And I doubt any of these guys would be selected for Australia let alone NZ. Would any of them make the Bargie team, I'm honestly not convinced they would. .. Lot's of controversy to come.

Who do you think should be in the backline - bearing in mind that the center play by Fat Fransie was a flop in the June tests when he came from the bench - so leave that one out please.
The best player in the backline in the June tests was Serfontein - so why is he failed by you?

Yes they will make the end year tour. Only injury will get our coach to select someone else.

Guys like De Jongh and De Allende will be brought in. Even Mapoe has a good shot at the starting 15.

Vorster and Janse van Rensburg will be ignored.

He's almost as easy to read as you are, Chip.

Jessie Kriel has been fantastic this year

Rhule has to go

Plenty of options on the wing. The obvious being the impressive Combrink

We have so many class centres to choose from

Serf and Kriel have been great for Bulls and Boks

Vorster is a real talent, Janse v/Rensburg our best centre

Am is another real talent and de Allende looks to be rediscovering his form.

Frans Venter has been good for the Cheetahs

Jantjies walks it at 10

Cronje is useless at 9, Hougaard, Faf and Reinach are all better bets

So much class in the backline to choose from

Cronje is not a better rugby player than Hougaard, or even Reinach. However, he is a better scrumhalf to start the game because he can pass accurately and takes better control of the ruck than the small winger scrummies.

Dave have you lost confidence in Esterhosen?

No Moz, I think Esterhuizen has got better and better......his progress is in the right direction.....his game is a physical one, my choice of centres above, have more to their game.

Shark - Cronje's passing is no better than Hougaard, Faf, Reinach, Groom, v/Zyl or Schrauder.......but all are far, far better rugby players.

Cronje is utterly useless and will get sorely exposed against the likes of NZ and Oz

Dave I fear your last sentence will apply to Stepfontein and Kriel as well.....although Step has a chance to finally emerge as a worker like centre in the Barrett mould.
