Barring injuries and form, at this stage this is the team I would select against England as the last match of the tour.

Having a B-Team is great to give younger players experience and for the Bok management to see them play, without throwing them in at the deep end to sink or swim.

Players like Even Roos and Zulu can get solid game time and get used to the Bok game plan in the B-team.
Then they can get some game time for the 1st team of the bench. Form depending, they could even start a test towards the end of the tour.

A combination of Zulu and Willemse would be good.
When AM is back, having Zulu, Willemse and AM as the inside backs would bring a very effective running game.

Stick is the B-team coach, but it seems Rassie will be heavily involved to find the bolters for the World Cup next year. Most of the squad is selected, but a few positions are up for grabs, at least in terms of depth.

1. Kitshoff/Ox

2. Marx/Bongi

3. DuToit/ Malherbe

4. Eztebeth

5. Lood

6. Kolisi/ Kwagga

7. Steph DuToit

8. Even Roos / Vermuelen

9. Hendrikse/Faff

10. Zulu / Libbok

12. Willemse

13. Delande

14.Kolbe

15. Wille Leroux /Gelant

11. Mapimpi

Yep good side would be my call to, except I’d have Goosen in the mix for the experience I’d either start with Goosen and have Libbok on the bench or I’d swap them around I’d play Sacha in the midweek games along with Hendrikse or Chamberlain and I’d cap Sacha against Italy as I would a few of the other worthy A side players Players I would want to see capped to keep as Boks for the future are: Tambwe Rickus Pretorious Sacha Morne vd Bergh Gerhard Steenkamp Sadie Ruben Schoeman Ruben v Heerden Vincent Tsituka Side against Italy: 15. Gelant 14. Tambwe 13. Rohan Janse v Rensburg 12. Esterhuizen 11. Nkosi 10. Chamberlain 9. Hendrikse 1. Kitshoff (c) 2. Dweba 3. Thomas 4. Ruben Schoeman 5. Lood 6. Kwagga 7. Tsituka 8. Roos 16. Marx 17. Gerhard Steenkamp 18. Sadie 19. Ruben v Heerden 20. Wiese 21. vd Bergh 22. Sacha 23. Rickus Pretorious

A couple of players can not lift up the whole entire squad when the squad is inept at playing rugby.

It would take two generations to change SA rugby. It can not afforded.

For the tour, SA rugby will apply the same approach as ever: avoid playing rugby and trying to prevent their opponent from playing rugby.

Nothing changes.

The bad piece of news is theirs opponents have announced diminished teams, which reduce their ability to lift up an encounter from the mediocrity associated to SA rugby.

Goosen will certainly be an option for the England test. Although he has not had much game time, so hopefully he gains form quickly and avoids injury.

Rasnaber must not overdo the up and under's. In some games they work well, but if it is not working they need to revert to a Plan-B of keeping the ball in hand.

If he is going to select players Libbok or Zulu they should be allowed to play to their strengths.

Pollard not being available could be a blessing in disguise. It forces the Boks to build depth at 10 for the world cup. Not sure if Libbok will make the world cup squad, but Zulu probably will.

The tour overall with a B-team is good preparation for building player depth without the risk of losing tests due to inexperience. And the best performers can push their way into the 1st team

“ 13. Delande” You have to be kidding!!!??? It’s like you can’t remember, didn’t see or have forgotten how badly things fell apart very recently when DDA was at 13. No, DDA should be dropped or at the very least remain at 12 where a competent 13 can cover for him and show him where to stand.

We have no other options at 13. Jessica Kriel is not option
Perhaps an outside back could be converted into outside centre (e.g.Gelant) or Nkosi.Boks certainly need need to build some depth for the world cup at 13 as well.
If AM gets injured next year , Boks are in trouble
Delande could be effective on attack at 13 where he will get more space. However, I doubt his defence will be good enough at 13.
