What the Fuck man. Marx dropped to the bench.

The best 2 in the world on the bench again after a man of the match. Definitely political pandering.

Looks like they have gone with the tried and trusted. Not sure why Jess is on the wing when he is normally a 13 or someone that use to be a 15.

No room for Gelant. Herschel back on the bench,

Continue to select 5 forwards. Why on earth do we need 2 loose forwards on the bench?!!!

No real cover for Etzebeth either.

Interesting to see Ox is back,

Wow that is a short recovery time for Vermeulen after operation?? Wonder how fit and match ready he is?...must be some kind of interference there as our best scrum combo is not chosen....and Roos is just not getting that second chance that he needs and deserves....the 2 test will most probably be a very tight affair.

Niena stated that they are keeping Wiese on the bench because they are worried whether vermeulen will last the full game. Not sure that this is the right game to play him back into form.

In that case they could have opted for Roos to give him a few more cracks to see how he holds up under pressure.

It looks very much like Roos is not seen as a Player that fits R&N,s mold or Structures....they would rather opt for a old, war torn Thor....where is the vision in growing player Depth?

They should have given Vermeulen the last 15 - 20 minutes ... not push him into the starting line up.

Do these idiots ever think things through?

Roos deserves nothing. For being pushed around by the Wallys he has exactly what he fucking deserves. And, I called it first, Kriel at 14. Doubts about Thor. Seems Erasmus is battening down the hatches. Marx was good in a few rucks but was shit elsewhere. Play him at 6, Bongi is the better hooker. Jantjies on the bench is good. Now you need Pollard at 12 and Jantjies at 10.

No no no, Coetzee likes to play a game the Blocks can't intellectually cope with and don't have the skills for.

Good point.

The Goats are not intellectually capable of understanding or comprehending the basics of rugby ... and yet ... these dumbasses ended up thrashing the mighty All Blacks by near on 20 pts last week.

Not too shabby for a bunch of Neanderthals.

To be fair CC, 15 grannies with broomsticks would have beaten my team last week.

Was a bloody disgrace.

Waaaaaahahaha!!!

Well said, Sader!!

Not to worry. You guys will bounce back.

You guys are too passionate not to.

The Goats had better enjoy this while they can

Good luck for Saturday. I will be cheering for you.

Yep the Boks should not get complacent and I think they should really pay more attention to add to there Gameplan... it would just make us a even better team.

Well, it all depends on the Kiwis. The Blocks are so fucking open on defence it really is there for the taking.

Kiwis are good problem solvers. At present they are probably just trying to save face... an overt over reaction will put them in the spotlight as well. Time is on their side and they have the resources. A humbling now won't do them harm. They've been in the shit before. .1998 they were shyte but bounced back... 2004 the same and I remember everyone predicting they'd never win the Lions series the following year and it was the end of the All Blacks.

on the stands is still too close to the field.

I would feel better if he were on Robbin Island.

The team has two problems  - the presence of Vermeulen who has not had a decent rugby game since 2019 WC and the useless and weak Mostert.

I understand why  Marx is coming in as a replacement.   The Springbok scrum is very strong as a starting line-up - especially with Ox Nche  is back - while the replacement props are not as strong as the starting props and Marx is a great help when he  comes on together with  the replacement props.   Marx always plays about 40 minutes - especially when he is on the bench.  So what are you lot moaning about - after all in your cases ignorance is bliss.

It’s an insult that Marx is not starting Good to see Ox return ahead of Nyakane I would have Roos at 8 but I prefer Vermeulen to Wiese despite Vermeulen being past it. Will be interesting to see whether Vermeulen contributes significantly on Saturday Gelant should be on the wing, not Kriel

Sooooooo ... we're down to selecting the likes of Gelant these days.

Wow!!!

Didn't realize that things were so bad in South African rugby.

Blood hell, not even a crow bar to Bongi knee can get Marx to start. Straight into the starting line up Joseph Lucky Dube Dwebe.

Clearly a political play here. I would have just put Marx in from the start and let him play the entire game.

Being a good fetcher and being a good hooker are two different things. Clumsy hands and gets knocked about a bit. Bongi is the better all round man for the job.
