7 to 1 split on Bench. However not as big a risk as one would initially think.
Talk about a bomb squad!

The Irish know they are in for one heck of a battle up front. One which it is likely they cant win. So they will probably try and recyle the ball and play with width.
Anyhow we will see what happens.
Would have loved to see Moody at 13, but Kriel is probably best versed in the defensive effort of the Boks....gonna be epic...the mini fi nal of RWC 2023?

Substitutes: 16 Deon Fourie, 17 Ox Nche, 18 Trevor Nyakane, 19 Jean Kleyn, 20 RG Snyman, 21 Marco van Staden, 22 Kwagga Smith, 23 Cobus Reinach
Pretty close to what I expected from RassNabber, except no Vermuelen or Willie Leroux in the match day team. I do expect these players to feature later on in the tournament, so a bit surprising to drop them now. Leroux is a good impact player that brings width to the attack.
Reinach has clearly become the 2nd choice scrumhalf, evidenced by him starting at 9 in the last game. His box kicks are the most accurate out of all of the scrumhalfs which allows a pressure game in the opposition half.
Moo ddie and Esterhuizen were MIA in the last test, so I expected they would not start.
With only one backline player on the bench, they might not get much game time for the rest of the tournament. (except against Tonga)
Mosterd certainly appears to have played his way into the preferred number 5.
I still think it’s dangerous using non-specialist hookers.
