No Cheslin,

Dumb  fuck Wiese is back, Tosstert back to know the ball on again with no gain line advantage.

Ox is better than fat Trev, but Window dressing as our best loosehead is on the bench again.

Actually Marx should start as well but Bongi taking up space

If Niena wants to address transformation why not have Willemse and Fassie on the bench. Start Elton at least and drop pollard.

Probably another boring test match

  1. Fassi is a man who can run. Doubtful he is a useful rugby player.
  2. Wiese is better than Thor.
  3. Willemse is a Vodacom Cup player.
  4. Switch Kwagga for Kolisi, start Mostert at 7.
  5. Lood must be permanently dropped.
  6. The front-row is a mixed bag, aside from Marx, who is one of our best players.
  7. Frans for Damian. If so, you may as well have Willemse on the bench in place of Damian.
  8. Reinach is better than Faf.
  9. What is Herschel doing anywhere near the team?

Boks are going to get fucked up this week.. They had their fun and games. ABs did everything they could to make you guys look good. Now it’s business time. But I’m sure they’ll be talk about how good SA still is considering the stuff they’ve been threw.. Every team has had a shit run since covid! The Boks are still better than NZ.. SA was humiliated by the Wallabies!! The wallabies!! And they lost to the ABs, with 5 starters missing. I’d be concerned about the trip up north, they’ll be getting excited to take down the cup holders

Not sure the ABs will run away with this. This team has been playing this brand of rugby all year. Australia managed to get them to open up a bit but if the All Blacks fire on all cylinders then probably about 14 point difference.

That said, if the boks start using their runners, play in the tram lines and not to cough up the ball. Who knows

The Boks get the ball wide by crabbing instead of fixing the defence. They like chains of passes several metres ahead of the defence, which cramps up our outside backs. The defence simply shifts out and swarms us. When we crab, we actually compress our own runners into the touchline. The Boks would be better off just kicking every ball. They'll get the penalties they need to setup their maul. That's the basis of their game.

Looking at the Wallabies and All Blacks, I liked the use of the second line of attack. Especially the box formation. The Wallabies had the second line slide left and right, which really caught us out. The Boks keep moving in the same linear and overly lateral direction. The pass behind the pod, or playing out the back of said pod, then moving out, it's very predictable. Shuffle ball is not very effective.

Omelette you ignorant prick King - Kolbe failed to complete the last training session so was not eligible for selection Hopefully this is the last we will see of Mostert in the match 23. With RG returning there will be no need for feeble Mostert Kitshoff, Marx and Wilco Louw should have started One of the du Preez twins should have been at 7 ahead of baby Kwagga

Agree with you Saffex, but I don't Rassie likes it when his forwards off loads. To high risk rugby, actually, doesn't like if they pass.

Agree Aug, I noticed that also in the URC, we stand very flat and shift the ball. There are no deception, options or decent screens. Everyone is flatfooted both for the boks and our URC teams.

Probably because they have been drilled to chase the ball
