Kriel kicks the ball dead from a promising position.....'not a bad little nudge' says the commentator.

And again the er educated boot of Kriel.....looks like those are the orders of the day. And McKenzie does a Kriel.

Bulls kick away their advantage while building good momentum to take a shot at goal.

Is this a local school derby or Super Rugby?

After one Chiefs phase the Bools defence is pulled completely out of shape .....forwards defending backs.

Kriel just about thr ows an intercept pass. Bulls forcing long passes all over the place, completely disjointed.

Bulls seem to be getting sucked into the Chiefs frantic "nothing to lose" style of play right now. They need to settle.

Another overlap out wide left for the Chiefs but they fail to capitalize.

Chiefs 8 nearly walks over from the scrum. They get in anyway. 22-6.

24-6 halftime. Chiefs doing all the play pretty haphazardly but so far that's enough to flummox the Bullies.

If a team likethe Bools can't achieve parityat scrum timeit's tough sledding....Nyakane and Gqoboka aren't strong enough. Year after year they fallat the same hurdle. Meantime Wilco can't get a start.

Like I have said on other threads it is early days in Super Rugby. It has been mostly local derbies in a World Cup year, so the results might not have been a true reflection of ability.
The Bulls have looked good for much of the season - but who have they actually played? They have also not toured Australia and New Zealand where they traditionally do worse than other SA teams.
The Chiefs who if the early results were to be believed are the worse New Zealand team, but they have a good touring track record.
The handling skills of the Chiefs are making the Bulls look like a pub team/./

Bulls not catching on to how quickly the Chiefs are sending numbers wide at the breakdowns. Defense stretched again but McKenzie breaks inside and Chiefs score on the other side anyway.
