Gelant, Kriel, , Pollard, Lomp, Snyman probably helped their chances.

Why did the Sharks even bother.....that was a damn disgrace. None of those guys with the exception of Dan du Preez showed any desire to compete.
That game showcased what's wrong with our rugby....too much kicking, no vision, no cover defence......but above all, no guts.

I did not expect a win for the Bulls. Well done to them.
John Mitchell has improve this team massively. John should be the Boks' coach. It was mentioned during the commentary that he had a 86% winning percentage with the All Blacks.
Agree with those players mentioned by Moz who improved their Bok chances.

Blikkies I will say this for the Bools .......they seem to be enjoying their rugby. Far more spirit among the Bools than the Sharks.
And they have learned to offload. For the rest the scrum is improved because they have some decent props...obviously have good locks. And they are paying much more attention to the breakdown.
But I really don't think their backs are anything but opportunistic. They don't look like a NZ backline yet. There is no complexity in their alignment or passing.
