Yawn too. The sad part is he was the Sharks best center this year. Since he is bloody useless what was the rest like this year?????

 agreed. Bosman had his best season for the

Sharks this year, showing the best distribution of all

centers this year for them.  

The backline just started to function with him at 12.

Although last year he was beyond a joke in bad taste.

His tackling was like that of a ballerina dancer

and his attack

not much better.

Springboks and Sharks back Meyer Bosman has agreed to leave the Durban based Super Rugby franchise and join Stade Francais in the Top14.

Bosman will join fellow South African Morne Steyn as the Parisian rugby club after the Super Rugby season.

A statement on the Stade Francais website says that versatile Bosman has signed a two year contract in France.

Bosman made his Test debut at flyhalf against Wales in 2005 after first-choice Andre Pretorius was injured against Argentina.

The Springbok back also started the Boks' next Test against France but his last test was against Australia in 2006.

Meyer played for the Cheetahs in Super Rugby 2006

and 2010 and since 2011 has been with the Sharks.

Oi-matey Problem lies with the inside back players and in particular the fly half and the number 12 center. I do not know why Lambie changed his playing style. He became a player that is completely different from what he used to be. There was now decisive attack tendencies in his game - he just dried up completely. He did very well in the last few games in CC - eg against the Bulls last year - and then came the kicking story by Meyer - and his selection to the Springbok team - and suddenly he turned into a mini Morne Steyn. The other problem was Francois Steyn at 12 - slow and mostly crashballing - with minimal opportunities for players outside of him. For the first six games - Jordaan got balls on average 3 times in whole games. Jordaan thrive on attacking if and when he gets decent balls - and he never saw them. But for one tackle on Freuan - which Mozart and Saffex is constantly harping on - he had statistically the best defence of any no 13 center in any SA team this year in Super 15 - but that is not what I expect from a center. Yes - we need a better center combination for the Sharks and they need to get their checkbook out or hop that Whitehead becomes available soon. Steyn is NOT the answer. Incidentally - I also think that Meyer has a problem. If Steyn is ever going to be played at 12 by the Springboks - they will have to forget attacking backline play - he kills backline play and would have been destructive on Saturday last week. I cannot see him making a contribution to the center situation in future - so what Meyer is going to do in the relevant regard would be interesting. Maybe looking at him at full back - same as is the case with Taute when he comes back - but that is for the future.
