And I forgot to add that the 52' is dwarfed in my TV room!!

Moffie, who said I had clients to bill, you will find that when you are in charge, clients dont form part of the equation anymore

I said my property is worth more than yours combined

Moffie what about a legal career within the RFU - do you think I stand a chance?

I watch every game on a 52' widescreen

I played at a far higher level than you and have been coaching the game for years, with level 2 in the bag. I dont need to be currently playing to know what I am talking about - I coach an unbeaten side and pride myself on that very fact. My U16A side is now playing U17 fixtures for a reason.

I dont have bosses, I am the boss

I cant help it Becs and Jal's lovely lady find me attractive - its a burden I have to live with everyday!!!

"girls dont usually find short and fat guys attractive.

As for my goldmine, its all mine

In my opinion, its a special place on its own, its just damn fortunate that its land the developers desperately want and I am in no hurry to sell.

I have said very little about my property other than the building being an old grade II listed on a vast piece of land. The fact that it now sits on prime development land is luck really

I arrived in my suit minus the jacket and had a coat on, but the pathetic establishment could not have me sitting in my suit minus a jacket - pathetic snobbery.

Why on earth would I need a cab when I paid over £6k for a season ticket you stupid lying twat.

A shower a day does the trick, there are 3 to choose from. I'm guessing the house never had running water some 100 years or so ago.

Its Grade II listed so has always been a bit of a struggle incorporating the modern with all that quaint and characterful tudor.

Yep with all the livestock about there is plenty of mud

Lets just say I am sitting on a gold mine - think England, demand for land and housing!!

Ah and now you are an authority on whether and offer to buy my land for property development has been made or not and we are not talking a little development either

Nope I dont have a picture of my cottage, I purchased it privately many years ago. Hell even if I had purchased it through an agent, what are the chances I would have retained pictures of it after all these years - why would I?

I own property in SA that does not make me a resident

Moffie I can assure you my farm is worth more than your sad excuse for a pad

Ten acres??? Forget the land, forest and river, its the old house planted thereon - therein lies the gem.

Yeah a little corner might be worth that

keep dreaming sunshine - prime land for housing development - you work out the figures

Moffie you seem to be under the misguided impression that London is the only place in the UK that counts - well it has plenty of clout and thats why housing developments an hour's commute away from the mother city are a big attraction - its a reality.

And who said I was going to sell my land, I might not, I certainly dont need to - I'm just saying I'm sitting on a goldmine

Thanks Moffie, I see you got it right at take two, ooh make that take 4

This from the guy who 'single handedly resurrected this site' by his own admission and who's banishment from the SS by his own admission was a' fatal error'

But hey he has also had thousands of lawyers pass through his chain of command

Sounds to me much like the arse of a braggart............bwhaaahaaaaa
