The scores are up.

First thing I noticed is that I dropped a place in the StupidZone division but then I saw that I'd moved up to 17th in the world. I asked myself how the heck that could happen and then I clicked on the division and saw that Ou Maaik and Oimatey are 3rd and 7th in the world respectively.

Man, the StupidZone is kicking some serious arse as a division! Ou Maaik and Oimatey, keep it up guys! One of you can win this thing!

    Team Name TB Points World   Clevermike 20065   3 Oimatey 19990   8 The Lightbringers 19715  17 4 TheBoss3548 19095  98 5 canrugby 18260  236 6 ruggaboytjie 18095  263 7 SleepingGiants 17750  320 8 Jake'sMen 17270  367 9 sasuke uchiha 15845  479 10 Stooges 15750  488 11 looneys 12980  633

I saw that, Oimatey. Can't say I like this business of dishing out cash half way through the competition but it's not a huge amount of money in testrugby.com terms.

I'm guessing there were a few complaints from people who couldn't afford a full team for the 1st test but they should have used their initiative like you and ou Maaik did when you took a chance and bought cheapo Waratah players so you could afford the more expensive players. This handout is favouring the lazy thinkers!

Edit: And I see there's going to be another handout at the "end of the week" again! Not sure if that's only effective for the 3rd test but I don't like these extra cash handouts one little bit. If it wasn't part of the game at the beginning then it shouldn't be part of the game now.

Rooinek Thanks for the above. Oi-matey and myself must have outscored a lot of people to get so far forward in this case. Oi-matey and myself had the same players in the squad this time around - so we could not get different points. There are problems lurking though in the final two tests. I accepted that there would be no Lions players playing today that would be in the starting line-up on Saturday - so we have to make 12 changes for the coming weekend - which left us with only four changes for the final test. I may mention that I am not going to change my approach to the lock issue and will have the two locks I had in the first test in both. I also doubt whether in the absence of injuries - there will be changes to players like Moore, Youngs (at hooker), Folau and North, as well as Hooper - so I am pretty certain four changes may be sufficient to cover the final test as well. The problem is the fact that Barnes will not play on Saturday - so we will be forced into selecting Genia as a HB again - plus Sexton - who will not be kicking at goal - so we are not getting anywhere fast in respect of that position as well. The key selection problems would be at center and also the other loosie together with Hooper. Davies seems the to be the top candidate - but a partner will be a lottery - since all the other centers made no impression at all in the 1st test. However, all will be revealed when the teams are announced - so lets wait and see what happens.
