thanks for that mikey, is chris ashton injured??? im surprised he hasnt been giving the call up and can only think of injruy being the reason why.

but my teams all sorted, made one error though which forced me to waste a transfer though and that irks me a lot, :o/

Makes a mockery of the whole selection process. Retired international playing in japan gets selected, wtf? Bit of an insult to Visser, Brown, Earls, blimey even Ashton

What a mad back line. Hogg’s second match at fly half, Barritt at 13, Wade only just capped by England, Kearney just back from injury and then Shane stopping by for a run out before he goes on to commentate next weekend.

Ashton is not injured, he is just not playing well. He has not done so for a very long time now. Quite frankly, his England days are numbered and rightly so. He's had too many chances, we have better players than him and they deserve to get their chance now.

Shane Williams is a favourite of Warren Gatland, simple as that. As are most of the Welsh contingent in the team, they are not all there by virtue of their superior playing capabilities. If that were true, Warburton would not be on the Tour, let alone our Captain.

He is also only playing is this one match, as a favour, because we have been hit with so many injuries to our backs. And he's a player that knows the ropes and knows the systems that the team will be playing to. He won't have to be brought up to speed, so to speak.

Christain Wade has one Cap. He is a very good prospect and was the joint top Try Scorer in the Premiership last Season ( 18, I think ) Many thought he should be on the Tour in the first place, certainly ahead of the likes of Maitland, who isn't even British. Hopefully he'll do well.

Hogg was always the Fly Half cover. That's what he was selected as, it was well documented from the start.

Kearney needs a run out to see if he has recovered from injury or not.
