Bulls=Morne=kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick, kick - I thought I was watching the English Premier League - also thought the Bulls celebrating coaching were abit hysterical - like swooning teenage girls!

You mad bro? It doesn't matter, at the end of the day thats what wins games, theres no point whining about it. Carter had plenty of chances to put 3 points on the board but failed to do so. 32-30

Thanks Aristokrat for the stats - always scientific, well done!

i wonder what will happen when the reds meet the Bulls - will we have a kicking fest? Let's call it soccer!

@ Hakwa, the Bulls and Reds already met and it was a try-fest...remember 61-8 to the Bulls.

Morne might not run very often, but when he does it is purposeful. He always has a very even spread between kicking and passing, so I don't think anyone could say he has a preference for either one. Though the Blues game did see him kick/pass 7/20 against the Blues and 6/16 against the Reds (Reds flyhalf 2/15). I think this reflects the versatility in the Bull's game. They can play a very successful kick/chase, but they can also run it. They do like to play the territorial battle and throw alot of different things at you. Morne is the most varied 10 in the Super 15, so I find it hard to accept that he only ever kicks. More worrying is the trend for our 10s to simply pass for the sake of passing. Lambie is completely brainless and ineffective. Jantjies is one-dimensional, but at least he has the skills to play a predominantly running game. As it is, Morne and Goosen are the two best 10s in SA by some distance.

The Reds played a clever game against the Brumbies. They were very fortuitous in two of those tries, but it ultimately payed-off so good on them. They put up some high balls targetting the space behind the Brumbies' midfield. This allowed them to pressure the Brumbies by not allowing them to move it wide as they were condensed. They targetted Mogg, but he was up to the task in spite of a try by dubious ruck activity that saw them pinch it and score. I don't see them persisting with this tactic for much longer though. It was damage limitation as there was no way they could fight fire-with-fire against the Brumbies. As it was, they just hung on for the win. But with a few payers returning in the coming weeks it will change the team significantly.

Hakwa, what the hell you on about mate?  We ( Reds) already played the bulls and it was the most try's scored by a team this season so far?  And once again, the scoreline is flattering the Crusaders.  If it werent for dodgy decisions by the ref (in favour of the Crusaders), the scoreline woul have looked even better for the Bulls

Just for the record, I love this forum and have to laugh at all the comments made by Kiwis,  Cheating bastards who think they are actually the world champions? hahah...you're not..!!!!

Welcome aboard, redrevenge. I'm glad to see you're enjoying the board. I see you're following the Reds...does that mean you live in Oz?

cheers

Morne plays by the motto, let the ball do the work.  If youre in the opposition half then pass or run it.  Simple game plan really.

It's just a remarkably similar line to the one you've push been pushing ad-nauseum on Keo Card

New Zealand have paid too much money in too many dark places for this final to be lost. Mark my words, these cheating animals already have the Webb Ellis trophy in their grubby paws. It will be a fitting end to an astonishingly flawed tournament. The worst in World Cup history.

The sooner we leave the TNs the better to be honest. NZ and AUS want League, stuff them and let them have it on the backside of the planet. We don’t need these cheating and arrogant wenchs

Enjoy the Victory All Blacks, best title that money can buy, eh?

All your words - Red...I mean Alucard

*Yawn*

So Dook, nothing better to do than to venture onto here and start trouble? Go back to that gutter hole on the otherside where you belong.

As for the mod, he can quite easily varify that RedRevenge is not me and is inconsistent with anything I have been posting.

'Cept for the whole cheating bastards/animals thing.  And no I'm not Dook, but you'd have a long list of suspects from people who think you're a mug from Keo and SS.

Over and out
