Bull ahead 14-3, I just tuned in but the Bulls look pretty good.

Some good passing by the Bulls but too fancy and they drop a pass to end the movement - again.

Good intercept byStraus but a series of good passes ends in a penalty at the breakdown.

Good pursuit of a kick by the Bulls & they force a poor Rebels kick.

Bulls finish the half with another try 21-3. They look the better team by far at this stage. Try scored by the traditional forward maul - again and again and again but I suppose you can say Mitchell is keeping the SA rugby style of play alive.

A lot of wasted chances from the Bulls.

Pierre Schoeman (losehead) MUST please stay in SA.

Bulls taking a lot of risks in front of their goal - crazy. Mitchell will be pulling out his hair... oh wait...

Once again the game is not televised on Sky. John Mitchell has done a sterling job this season. The Bulls appear to be the only team that can challenge the Lions for top position.

Rebels beat the Bulls maul again so it's not working as well as they need.

You mean the three Rebels players swimming around the side?

Bulls are intercepted again by the Rebels. Bulls are pushing passes but the Rebels are being more aggressive on defense so there is more pressure on the passes.

Polllard gets a nice intercept. Rebels get the turnover though.

Jessie Kriel still cant pass.

Galant looks like the Bok 15. Easily our best 15 this year.

Kriel also seemed to slow on the wing on a couple of plays.

Nice try Bulls

Bulls score a try on a quick penalty, Rebels were asleep. 26-10 to Bulls.

One hopes that Mitch will be consulted by Rassie.

He may not be the best coach in NZ but he is streets ahead of most of ours.

Great running line  by no. 22 after some great pop passes but their was obstruction. Still, you can see what the Bulls can do.

Plum, are you happy with Galant's speed? He looked pretty ordinary to me.

He is a bit slow Bliks.

Seems to do everything else right though.

None of our other 15s, that I can think of, are much quicker.

Yes, Gallant seems a little ponderous but he's getting the job done.
Bulls looked pretty good and are improving. You can see what Mitchell is trying to do with the team & IMO they will only get better. The players seem confident and willing to try things (a little too much sometimes) but this will settle down & more of the passes will start to stick as the season goes on.
Congrats to the Bulls

Nothing to be confused about/

My forecast is that the position s to squad selection allows for  6  props.  Those will be as follows:-

Tightheads

Louw, Malherbe, Nyakane

Looseheads

Beast, Kitshoff, Schoeman
