 28:21 minute.

A boring drab afair thus far.

The Stormers are playing the same game as the Bulls. Kick away hoplessly and chase.

34th minute- Steyn puts over another penalty. Looks like he has got his kicking form back- both for Poles and field position kicking(Meyer could put him back in the boks- no! Watch this space)

i cant believe i stayed awake to watch this.

would go to sleep, but i dont want to have to watch this game again tomorrow, so just bite the bullet and blog to entertain myself during as sharkbok put it a boring drab affair.

mike will be happy that janties is failling on every level, but they all are really. kolisi is the best so far and spies is outworking vermeulen which is a surprise,,,,

@mikey,
im going to take off allende of my watchlist now, ive seen enough to know that once de jong is injury free, the stormers midfeild will be 12 JDV, 13 de jong.

oh and morne steyns all round kicking has been spot on, except that broing drop goal and fiiting horrible miss he went for.

but i think morne found his radar over the preseason and thats good news for the bulls, not so much for expansive rugby.

2nd half- much better start by the Stormers. got a penalty in the 2nd minute of the half.

Earl Jantjies just missed another kick.....(When Peter Grant is back , Jantjies will be on the bench).

@Sasuke- Mornes Form will delight Henieken Meyer

49th minute- Jean Devilliers scores.  Backline of Stormers is looking more expansive than last year. Is it the influence of Earl Jantjies?

52 minute- The Stormers have really come to life and it now a good game of rugby.

The backline of the Stormers is looking good. Elton Jantjies looking pretty good.

Pieterson kicks another penalty-

12:10 Bulls/Stormers

duvenage is better the groom IMO.

stormers scrum really is weak without ezebeth, never good to be so reliant on one person.

@sasuke Stormers scrum totally useless. Not sure if it is the change of props. Even the replacement gave away a penalty I think

momentum back with the Bulls. Stormers scrum hopeless and Steyn is just kicking the penalties over. Pierre Spies good run
