Campo whilst talking to Nick Mallet (no I think it was Naas, cannot remember) made a statement (something like this) prior to the Bulls Tahs game...he said that franchises get stuck when they lose key players and start reshuffling and play players out of position...I think was referring to the Bulls...Hougaard and several others which he was discussing with Mallet.
He added that this is wrong...rugby now is a professional game...it's a business...you can hire/buy good players from overseas ...instead of bemoaning the loss and playing players out of position. Good point but depends on coffers...the Sharks have done it in the past...they have had Freddie Michalak a few years back...Hernandez...Italian, Fijian/Samoa, Argie and even an Australian flyhalf way back...the Stormers hired Jebb Sinclair last year.
Could be the way to go instead facing disasterous results...might be the better option in the long run.
