An inspired Ireland side pushed the All Blacks to the limit in the second Test in Christchurch on Saturday. The Irish bounced back from their lopsided 42-10 loss in the opening Test at Eden Park last weekend in remarkable fashion as they gave New Zealand a mighty scare before the world champions ultimately eked out a pulsating 22-19 win to wrap up the three-Test series. It took a last-minute Dan Carter dropped goal for the All Blacks to break Irish hearts with the scores deadlocked at 19-all.
