Not at all, Sebastian's post has impacted the string...as you can see from his response he has very decently tried to fix the problem. It's called cooperation....something you learn in the Military. So Liarmike did you do your military service along with the rest of us in the sixties....or did you slime out with some bogus medical exemption,

This is what I mean...some just sow dissention in the ranks...Snarkshit, has nothing in that warped and disfunctional and critically disturbed brain and yes Moz, Mike meant well too and perhaps should have said things differently but this behaviour is extremely off-putting to some normal decent chaps here. Quite frankly, I had it by the bellyful and up to neck...sick and tired of these negative and undercurrent remarks that never cease and disrupt a subject...pitiful, dull and bored individuals that pretend and have nothing better to do and live miserable, empty and shallow lives...very sad.

I don't enjoy posting things like this but I've had enough of this...it just never ceases and it will continue without any doubt...it's just in some of you...you cannot take criticism at all and that's a massive weakness in a man and very common today.

FFS people. Why can you not just grow a pair. Nobody is forcing anybody to read everything. There is a a way of scrolling past stuff on the forum on each and every device be it a desktop, laptop, mobile phone, tablet or whatever. Just scroll past the shyte you do not want to read.

I am in no way defending Moz but if nobody seem to notice that Moz is forever taking the piss at ou Maaikie. I'm afraid, you should lighten up a bit.

Everybody is involved in the banter. Beeno is constantly pissing on the kiwis and they on him. Nobody cares. The kiwis are constantly having a go at Beeno but nobody cares. Why? Because everybody notice the banter.

AO, Pakie, The Truth, etc are also constantly nailing ou Maaikie with facts, images form games, explanations, video footage with time spamps, etc, etc. Nobody has a problem with that.

Ou Maaikie is constantly insulting everybody who do not toe his line and agrees with his interpretation, no matter how flawed his arguments are but nobody seems to bother.

He has in the past made up the most outrages stories, lies actually, and everybody was taking the piss at him because of it, yet he is the most vocal about others' "lies". Yet, it doesn't seem to bother anybody.

The moment Moz, however, takes a shot, and mostly in jest, he gets slated. As I said, I am not trying to defend Moz, since he is, on a regular basis, showing that he is fully capable of handling it all on his own.

Let's face it. Ou Maaikie is one of the most hypocrytical people I have ever come across and that is one of the reasons why I take pleasure in having a go at him. The difference is that I have a laugh about it and he gets serious and insulting because he has no sense of humor and fails to see the difference between debate and banter and he hates it when he gets the shit end of the stick in debates. He just cannot handle it at all. Especially when someone makes a joke of his outrages statements or debunks them.

Let me be clear. Having said all of this, I'm not saying it all to rubbish the old coot. I'm merely trying, once again, to get him to lighten up a bit and have some fun, once in a while. Stop taking each and every remark and statement that you do not agree with as a personal attack or insult. Roll with the punches, mate. It's much easier. Don't be so gullible.

Listen Ceradunce

You are the most stupid idiot I ever came across anywhere before.  Read your own drivel:-

"I am in no way defending Moz but if nobody seem to notice that Moz is forever taking the piss at ou Maaikie. I'm afraid, you should lighten up a bit."

It is only a mind as sick as Mozart can take the "piss of somebody" on this site.   Personal attacks on members are always taken a certainty of Mozart and he does not keep even vicious misrepresentation to do so.   The pervert and similar remarks started because I with reason supported younger and better players than the over-the-hill junk Mozart supported in dunce selections by Meyer - nothing else.   The man has a sick mind.

Look - you dunce - I do not mind lightening up and have no problems with members other than Mozart. AO and you and on a much lower level Pakie.

My relationship with all other members are good and there is no personal attacks involved,

Chabal if you can see two steps in front of you it should be apparent. I post something, anything, and Liarmike attacks. Doesn't matter what it is....he attacks. So my MO is simply to accept that's the case and respond with force. This string is a classic example....I ask you quite politely to fix a string you have buggered up.....and the Riverdale Roffie attacks me. I counter attack, which is my right......and incredibly you take his side, and then you become a victim. That is your particular MO, you become a victim, alongside all the frigging victims we deal with.....the racially, sexually, parentally, economically, familially, collegially based victims. Tedious. On a rugby board we periodically have to deal with victimology, one of the very things we are trying to escape from....grow a pair. Be a man. Be fair.......but asseblief don't be a victim.

In fairness, I have given Mike plenty of slack over the years, and he has never resorted to calling me names. When it comes to Moz, Aug and Cera, he seems incapable of doing that. I can't say for sure why that is....but I can say it goes both ways. Moz you definitely bait Mike, and I think you do so mostly tongue in cheek, but at the end of the day, you are still doing so. The truth is, much as both of you will deny it, you love one another's attention.

My, you miss the point entirely Moz...you should at least know me...I don't have a tenancy to side with anybody...certainly I'm not part of any clique here and prefer to be an individual with an emancipated spirit...I really don't care what others think.

I've seen a nice side of both of you in the past and at one stage as a new boy I thought it was quite humorous...something like Walter Matthau and Jack Lemon in the move, "Angry Old Men" and "the Odd Couple".

But later I realised it was not so...it got unpleasant and each calling each other by obscene names and vile inn uendo and insinuations. That's not humour, at least in my book.

Quite frankly, I have to be honest, maybe I'm different and maybe my background norms and standards differ from the general consensus here but I don't care.

It's time you both grew up. A little effort to make up to each other would go a long way to make this forum more desirable...it's not about you, or Mike but about others as well...both of you tend to be self-centred. I really enjoy good spirited banter, teasing and humour but it just is not funny anymore. If you don't like what I'm saying that's just too bad.

I'm not going to reply to this thread anymore...in a way I regret even posting it because it has done the very opposite for what it was intended...in fact, nothing ever changes...it goes on and on and on. It's so jolly awful.

@Bluebok. “When it comes to Moz, Aug and Cera, he seems incapable of doing that.” Mike cannot handle when he is being debunked. That was what has started Mike’s beef with all of us. Especially when it is some outrages claim that he has made. And he, especially, cannot handle if anybody is having a laugh it his remarks. Not when he is being serious in expectation of you having to, blindly, believe what he has said. He absolutely begs to be nailed. As I said before, he is such an easy target. A perfect example is the story about Morne Steyn and PSG. The reason I bring it up every now and then has nothing to do with me being a fan of Morne are me being vindictive and that that is “all I have” on Mike. You can check, I normally bring it up when he goes through a patch of either lots of hypocrisy or series of outrages arguments. There are other examples as well and in all cases he never has admitted, and never will , that he had the wrong end of the stick. To this day he maintains that he is innocent and that he is actually the victim on that Morne Steyn/PSG thread.

Hahahaha. The PSG thing was pretty funny! For me the Keyser tackle on Fleck and the De Allende tackle on Brown were even funnier, and I called him out on both, but he still never called me names or got personal.
Look, you boys do thrive off each other, and I'll agree with Seb in that it does sometimes get a bit much. Mostly because the arguments have been the same for somewhere in the region of ten years. A litte bit of vulgar language and name calling does not bother me, but it does get pretty repetitive and boring. I see the irony in it here, because I have typed this same comment in one form or another a bunch of times, so I guess I float along in the same boat, but ja, boring none the less.

I don't mind banter, but when it distracts from rugby, then I feel alot less like posting. Lügnerin is another issue that stifles rugby discussions. I've already decided against posting a lot of new material because I know it'll be a waste of my time. I try to post a variety of topics and encourage discussion. Those, like Lügnerin, completely derail any possibility of that. More than the personal attacks, that's what irks me the most.

In an ideal world Mike and Moz would share a cubicle at a cleaning products firm.

Seb would be their overly sensitive hysteria prone manager and Aug the building handyman.

Hahaha. This turned out to be quite a funny thread!
Plum: Cubicle division manager. He's the CEO's spoiled son that does not know his arse from his elbow as far as cubicles are concerned. He spends most of his time typing and typing what appears to be work related e-mails and documents, but he is actually typing posts on some random rugby forum.Aug: Over achieving cubicle sales team leader gunning for Plum's job.Chabal: Sensitive office secretary in his very own cubicle. Up to date on all office gossipMike: Cubicle assembler who questions his decision not to enroll in the cubicle sales course instead of the cubicle construction course. He is very bitter at everyone because they all earn more than him. Recently got a Moz voodoo doll that he stabs with pins and strangles often. Nobody knows for sure why he hates Moz so much, but Chabal started a rumour involving Moz and infidelity.Beans: Cubicle salesperson that never meets target, but has somehow not been fired. Everyone knows Beans is sleeping with the boss, but his secret homosexual tendencies would ruin his marriage, so everyone pretends not to know.Moz: Cubicle consultant who is regularly called in to help train and motivate the sales team. The sales team roll their eyes whenever he enters the building, because he is too old and his policies are outdated, but he is the CEO's brother in law, so he's not going anywhere. He's considering retiring because the stress of work is giving him inexplicable pains and has even started affecting his breathing.   Cera: CFO skimming money from the business because everyone is too stupid to see what he is doing. He is also friends with the CEO, who's wife he is sleeping with. Bluebok: Completely clueless about office politics, and still naively thinks that being the best salesperson will lead to a promotion. Regularly invites the whole office to braai's at his house, but everyone is always "busy" that weekend.  Sharkbok: Goth weirdo in charge of IT. Nobody knows anything about him because they're too scared to ask. He supplied Mike with the Moz voodoo doll.  Xavi: Very quiet and is just about never at work, but somehow manages to meet target every month. Draad: Can only be described as average. Also a cubicle sales person. Always on time. Tries very hard to sound clever in meetings by making incredibly long pointless statements. In meetings there is a general sigh from everyone the moment he stands up.
