Cheeky Southern Kings

I really do hope the Southern Kings does not make it into the Super 15. They even struggle to win at Vodacom level. How will they ever win a Super 15 game??

Apart from a few exceptions the rest of rugby people in SA really think the queens are slipping in through a politically connected back door. They have lost respect by not making it on merit. Man they have not even played Currie Cup rugby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They could not even win the Vodacom Cup!!!!!!!!

I'm from Centurion and although I stay next/inbetween the Bulls (or should I rather say bottle throwers or hooligans) I'm actually a BIG Stormers fan/supporter...

What these political team want is exposure...and boy are they going to get "EXPOSED" playing Super15 rugby.

I have a friend in the OZ who has placed a bet with a local bookie that they do not win a game.

If I can get the same odds as him I am also going to secure my future with a bet.

Never had sure a sure bet.

The only concern I have is that a few Black Diamond come up with (ANC) funds and bribe players to join the Queens.

Arthur the ywill have t obuy a side an dwhere the yget the funds fo rths iwill b every interesting to see.

To me tey should first make the Currie competition and then move inot the upper echelons.

There is no ways they should get in without showing they have the rugby and admin ability to compete. They have Boland, Leopards Pumas Gall ahead of them never mind Lions and Cheethas! They complain they haven't been given a chance. Well neither have the teams I mention but they play in the Currie Cup. Griquas are actually very competitive.

No ways can major unions like the Lions and Cheetahs be jeopardsd because of watson's queens!

I think there has to b some doubt tha tthe queens actually do play next year,SRFU could b sued big tiem if a very weak queens side plays. Lions or Cheetahs etc will sue the pants off SARFu as well. What a mess!! What buffoooooooons!

Also wish these spinelss jeyy fish running SARFU would take up the cudgels re the bent refs from down under. Enough is enough.

Ou Beenbal, You have failed to get the message........................ again. It has nothing to do with who is the best or the crappest crowd of supporters. It was about the gross generalisation, and I tried to highlight it by posting another gross generalisation. You have obviously only seen the "attack" on the Newlands crowd and then hit the ceiling. One obvioulsy needs to spoonfeed you to make a point. It seems as though you have no problems with any broad sweeping statements in general, just as long as it does not involve your beloved Newlands.

These incidents are not reflective of certain regions, but the state of the country! When my younger cousin used to play for Ajax Cape Town, he insisted that no family members turn up for fear of the abusive and often violent crowd. Not specifically a reflection of Capetonians, just of a sector of the crowd. Every crowd has abusive fans, all around the world this is so.

@Ceradyne... you are tooooo sensitive mate. My  bad, as we all know, not ALL Bulls~Stormers~Lions~ManU or who ever you support are "bad" people or as I said hooligans... that I know. So please except my apology. If you know me personally, I'm a joker and like to teaze even my close bulls friends... at the end of the day, we ALL like teazing the Aussies don't we??? So if you are a Bulls supporter... please stay out of trouble.

Look at the Bulls supporters at the end still shouting at Kevin... not good mate. Had a good laugh though. Don't get me wrong, the Bulls are a good team but I think their time has come. Can't wait for the Stormers vs. Bulls game.

Windpomp what you repeatedly miss is that you have enjoyed in the past having a go at the Newlands crowd. Now the boot is on the other foot and you ae whining about criticisms about the bulle fans.

Suck it up windpomp suck it up. Believe it or not what is good for the goose is good for the gandar and if you make comments  re Newlands do not cry a river if you find some day it all comes back.
