So 3 of the wobblies key players has now  decided not to tour and opted to go to Japan and start their club season there. Even though it fall within  the international test window,  i wonder why these players feel they need  to sacrifice their test matches over  club.

That said, cooper wasn't  treated  well in Australia and was  kicked out at the age of 29 only to  become their hero which led to  2 wins against the boks and 2 against the bargies.

But I think this is not the last we will  see  clubs  opting to keep players out. We saw this between NZ and USA who posted a cricket score, only to find out that their key players wasn't released.

On the other side,  this clubs pay a fortune for their players and don't want them to get crocked for the season.

Normally a country like  England pay the clubs part of the players salary if they get injured while on duty but the english players get a very small players fee and the RFU  doesn't pay club wages.  But they have a really  good domestic league, European Cup. The clubs normally attract good crowds and we don't see that many clubs go under because of financial strain.

But over in France, huge amount is being pumped in and i don't think the clubs would be able to afford the players wihtout cash injection.

The french player budge  is eye watering  vs the rest of the world.

I feel for Quade, he is in the final stages of his career, why risk a 2 or 3 year deal for 3 test when the Wallabies  never wanted him in  the first place

Another one  was Dan  carter,  got his sabbatical, probably were carrying a few injuries and then got injured for the rest of the season but NZ didn't have to pay him. So it was a win for NZ and Carter. Carter got to rest, feather his bed and New Zealand had some spare cash  for other players. Carter came back refreshed and ready for NZ

Losing Cooper and Kerevi makes them a different team.

Ja, just don't know how the Japanese clubs got away with it during the international window. The seem to run on their agenda when  it comes to rugby.

Same happened to the scum  wolves, their best players wasn't playing  for them.

Corporate rugby which is full sponsor ownership vs having to allow other sponsor.  Still, the guys get paid bucket loads, not sure how their business model  work
