There is something very wrong here. Oosrhuizen's lower back was injured as a result of a tackle by Etzebeth. However, whilst he was on the field of play the scrums were in fact shambles. I gained the impression that Oosthuizen was reluctant to enter scrums and that caused collapse of the scrums on a continuous basis.
This could either be the psychological result of his neck injury ot alternately the effect of him not being matchfit at all. Be it as it may - there are serious problems here and I am sure he cannot be selected for the Springbok team under present circumstances.
He may also not be a tighthead prop. Very few props can play on both sides of the scrum very well
