Seems as if it's improving, he has yet to be dominated in the scrums and today scrummed well against the Scots. It's paying off, let's see how he does against the French now that Frans Malherbe is out with a rib injury.

Good for Coenie to get a chance to scrum with Bismaark and Beast who are the best loose head and hooker scrummagers in the squad.
He needs to get a chance to start. His play in the loose might be the best of an prop in the world at the moment. 
He is great at breakdown and with ball in hand today.

We have better specialist tightheads in the country.

Coenie is not a tight head.

It's a very important position and shouldn't be given to someone who still needs to learn the trade.

 Coenie has still alot to prove at tighthead. I still think he should be left on loosehead. But hopefully he proves me wrong.
