Coenie take a bow

Man he is a sight with ball in hand. Great game by the big man. Cheetahs came close but yet another bloody loss for a SA side. Brussouw had an outstanding game. Strauss, de Jager and v/d Walt were good in the forwards. v/Zyl, Ebersohn, Sadie and Rhule were good in the backs. Willie once again showed why he should be in the Bok mix. Francis was very poor at 10, they are really missing Goosen. Coenie was the man though. Strong in the scrums both at 1 and 3 and huge in general play. Coenie is a must as our Bok tighthead.

 Snaspter it all depends who is fit actually. How long before Beast gets back and is fit to play test  rugby.

My front row at the moment is Coenie, Strauss and Malherbe. Of course you also have Beast, Bissie and a guy like Marcell van der merwe who is coming back and play for the bulle shortly. Kitshoff is getting there  and has a very good all round game. Third best hooker is Tiaan - no question about it.

 

 

That's why I said Coenie at 3 as Beast is our premier 1. But I am a big fan of Kitshoff, Nkanyane, Marcel v/d Merwe and Malherbe........we are more than covered at prop. As for hooker, the two best hookers in the game are Bismark and Strauss. Liebenberg is bog ordinary, forget that average lump. Chiliboy, Cooper and Callie Visagie are all better than Liebenberg.

 Absolute rubbish. Your take on Tiaan has always been piss poor. What you see in Callie Visagie too is a wonder! He is a pick and we dont need any hookers under 110 kg. 

I trust you have seenat long last  that daniel is also too small. Turn him into a scrummie Plum!

Beenkop, I'm not going to say Liebenberg is useless, for he is not. He is just a very average player. While Bismark, Strauss, Chiliboy and Cooper are fit, Liebenberg will not smell test selection. He is just not good enough, adds no value in general play. Callie Visagie weighs 108kg you idiot, that is more than enough for a test hooker. He is a far better rugby player than Liebenberg. As for Daniel, his only spot is 6. He is a class act, but in shit form right now.

 Okay kallie at 108 and 24 is a possilbilty but we do need to see him make a side snapster.

Your take on Tiaan is ludicrous. Your take on daniel has been proven to be likewise. The poor wee fellow is all heart but hopelessly out gunned unless allowed to play as an extra back.  Its precisely that he has been called on to do the job of a loosie this season (Beast, Bissie ans Alberts being out etc) that he has been so shown up.

I think he would have made a fine scrummie ala the Justin Marshall type. What a waste!

Callie is on loan with the Bulls, is injured. Played one S15 game for them this season off the bench and was very good.

 

Rubbish Daniel was in awesome form last year. His size has never been an issue, much like it is not for Brussouw, Smith, Hooper, Gill, Tipuric etc.
