I see the ref is bent on penalising you at every turn but you can still beat this 16.

Typical nz ref assisted win. hard luck bulle.A yellow and about double the penalty count in favour of highlanders. Not bad of course by bent downunder ref standards.

Bulle stepped it up markedly in last ten minutes soclearly are a fit side.

Strangley, and not for the first time, bulle look better with Vermaak at scrumhalf, He is a more fluid player. Not a bad ploy having both these guys on the field at all! The debate re Hougaard at wing is not dead, Vermaak as Bok scrumhalf is an option.

Sadie looks a shadow of the player he was last year. Bulle should start with JJ. Wee chilli boy is very ordinary and potty lacks clout. Jaque Potgieter badly missed.

I begining to veer to Lambie as Bok flyhalf. A few more really good performances from lambie could swing Meyer and Beeno - the folk who count!.

But bulle to be commended for spirit. So often they have simply rolled over when down under.

Hi there sitting bull good to see you back up and running but it did take you a long time to get off the canvass! Your two pals hakwa and brycy are still down and out! Hahahahahahhahahaha

I have to concede as usual you won the penatly and yellow card count. But that is about a given after all. when downunder refs officate.

Thought the bulle were the better side but not by much. One hopes they keep going, put this behind them and give the chiefies a good hiding.

But what happened to the chiefies, crusties, highlanders and hurricanes against Oz. very concerning for kiwi tribes.

Hehehe! Pink Bool chokers. Very cynical effort to stiffle the Highlanders at EVERY turn and slow the game. Cant believe theyre still allowed to bring their naked changing room conga line out onto the rugby field.

Hahahahahhahahaha nuked. I did say that I thought the pink jerseys would go down well in nz for obvious reasons.

Glad to see you back   I predicted it would only take a win for the glass jawed kiwis to make a return. Heck we could soon have brcy back and the respected hakwa!

Bwahahahahahahahahhahahahahaha

So close but yet so far. Morne would have wished for more. missing the 199th Super Rugby conversion.

RG Morne cant win all the games for him. I actually dont want to be too hard on the bulle as it was a spirited effort and one they may have won in different circumstances.

I do note they keep talking of the big bulle forwards even when the bulle weighed in at 885kg and the highlanders at just over 900 kg I think it was. Seems the boot was on the other foot.

Poor tactics by the Bulls, far too much reliance is placed on kicking high balls, its crap rugby smacks of a coach who is incapable of directing his side in a way that a balance is struck between those kicks and playing some structured rugby.

Why they only woke up and played rugby in the last 15min heavens only knows. The Highlanders 10, showed how to attack and ignite his backs, unlike the predictable showing by Morne.

The Bulls pack was good with all 8 playing well. Spies had a great game and Dewald Potgieter showed why he has played a handful of tests. CJ Stander is a huge talent. Flip was good and Jeandre was back to his best. The frontrow were good.

The Bulls backs let the side down, but more because of their instruction - too much bloody kicking from the base and 10.

The Bulls should have won that match by mixing things up. They were disappointing

Great first half by the Bulls, but fatigue got the better of them in the second, Referee Ian Smith is from Aussie and I think he is actually one of the better ones from downunder...no problem for me. Nice to see Shitting Bull back again after his chiefies were left to smoke the peace-pipe last week by the Reds...hehehehe
