I have made my opinion clear on this. I don't think we should have forked out so much money to bring back a 33 year old that can only play for 50 min.

That said, he did have an exceptional games against the All Blacks. We saw that Deon Fourie could play well into his 30s actually, 37.

But, I'm also worried about older players because they breakdown more often, their fitness is questionable and with Kolisi only being able to play for 50 min average.

Then, there is the money. The Saarks got a lot of money from the transfer, so it is not a question of who should pay for it. Ultimately, the Saarks should just pay it back or some of it at least, but it sounds like the owner wanted all of the transfer fee back. He was there for a year, played 18 games which is more than what Cartered played and got a lot more money from his 1 year deal.

It was rumoured that SA Rugby would fork it out or that the guy that gave him his bursary as a kid would pay for it.

I just hope Kolisi can put more similar performance together like he did on Saturday, if so, Happy days.

Kolisi usually saves his best games for the All Blacks.
